Діагностика мотивації працевлаштування кандидатів на посади у системі публічного управління

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: дослідження методів, прийомів та технологій діагностики мотивації працевлаштування кандидатів на посади у системі публічного управління задля підвищення ефективності державної служби. Об’єкт дослідження: система публічного управління. Предмет дослідження: діагностика мотивації працевлаштування кандидатів на посади у системі публічного управління. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, документальний аналіз, психодіагностика, спостереження, бесіда, аналіз статистичних даних. Гіпотеза: застосування новітніх прийомів і методів діагностики мотиваційних факторів буде сприяти покращенню процесу підбору персоналу в державному секторі та допоможе в розробці ефективних стратегій мотивування працівників у цій галузі. Висновки: 1. Застосування різноманітних методів та методик надає можливість отримати всебічну інформацію про мотиваційні фактори, цінності, інтереси та очікування кандидатів на посади у публічному управлінні, що дозволяє виявити основні мотиви та фактори, які спонукають кандидатів вступати на державну службу. 2. Розвиток цих методів забезпечить ефективну роботу державної служби завдяки вдосконалення процесу відбору вмотивованих кандидатів на посади у публічному управлінні в Україні. 3. Врахування мотивації працевлаштування кандидатів на посади у системі публічного управління допоможе забезпечити відповідність між вимогами посади та очікуваннями кандидатів, що дозволить залучити талановитих та вмотивованих фахівців, які будуть робити суттєвий внесок у функціонування ефективного та високоякісного публічного управління.

EN : The purpose of the research: research of methods, techniques and technologies for diagnosing the employment motivation of candidates for positions in the public administration system in order to improve the efficiency of the public service. Object of research: public management system. The subject of the study: diagnosis of employment motivation of candidates for positions in the public administration system. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, documentary analysis, psychodiagnostics, observation, conversation, analysis of statistical data. Hypothesis: the use of the latest techniques and methods of diagnosing motivational factors will contribute to the improvement of the recruitment process in the public sector and will help in the development of effective strategies for motivating employees in this field. Conclusions: 1. The application of various methods and techniques provides an opportunity to obtain comprehensive information about the motivational factors, values, interests and expectations of job candidates in public administration, which allows to identify the main motives and factors that encourage candidates to enter the public service. 2. The development of these methods will ensure the efficient operation of the civil service by the aid of improvement of the selection process of motivated candidates for positions in public administration in Ukraine. 3. Taking into account the employment motivation of job candidates in the public administration system will help to ensure the correspondence between the requirements of the position and the expectations of the candidates, which will allow attracting talented and motivated specialists who will make a significant contribution to the functioning of effective and high-quality public administration.
