Управління фінансовим станом АТ «Укрпошта» в умовах економічних викликів

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 127 сторінoк, 34 таблиці, 19 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань нараховує 60 найменувань. Актуальність теми визначається тим, що в умовах нестабільної економічної ситуації, спричиненої пандемією COVID-19 та військовим вторгненням, велика увага в процесі функціонування підприємства має приділятися підтримці його фінансового стану. Саме ця нестабільність економічної ситуації спонукає підприємства постійно аналізувати власний фінансовий стан з метою своєчасного та оперативного реагування на зміни ринковому середовищі та збереження конкурентних позиції на ринку. Тому, розробка результативного механізму удосконалення управління фінансовим станом підприємства є дуже важливою проблемою в сучасних реаліях. Все це пояснює мету проведеного дослідження. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є удосконалення управління фінансовим станом АТ «Укрпошта» в сучасних економічних умовах на базі аналізу за рахунок розробки комплексу оптимізаційних заходів. Відповідно до мети кваліфікаційної роботи були виділені такі основні завдання: - дослідити сутність та теоретичну характеристику фінансового стану підприємства; - визначити місце та роль управління фінансовим станом в системі управління підприємством; - визначити методичні аспекти аналізу фінансового стану в межах управління суб’єктом підприємництва; - надати організаційно – економічну характеристику АТ «Укрпошта»; - провести оцінку управління фінансовим станом АТ «Укрпошта» в сучасних умовах економічних обмежень; - розробити механізм удосконалення управління фінансовим станом на АТ «Укрпошта»; - розробити комплекс заходів покращення фінансового стану на АТ «Укрпошта». Об’єктом дослідження є управління фінансовим станом АТ «Укрпошта» Предмет дослідження – процеси управління фінансовим станом АТ «Укрпошта» Методи дослідження. При виконанні кваліфікаційної роботи були використані такі методи дослідження: аналіз і синтез, узагальнення – для узагальнення існуючих теоретичних положень щодо управління фінансовим станом підприємства; системний підхід – для оцінки всієї сукупності складових досліджуваної теми; статистичний аналіз – для вивчення, групування, порівняння, оцінки фактичних даних про результативність діяльності підприємства; метод графічного зображення – для наочного представлення показників в динаміці; метод схематичного зображення – для наочного представлення взаємозв’язків між елементами; метод порівняння. Інформаційну базу роботи становлять спеціалізована література з менеджменту та економіки, монографії, статті вітчизняних та закордонних авторів, офіційні статистичні дані та ресурси мережі Інтернет. В роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць, графіків, схем. Обробка даних здійснювалась за допомогою сучасних інформаційних технологій.

The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that in the context of the unstable economic situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the military invasion, a great deal of attention in the process of the enterprise functioning should be paid to maintaining its financial state. It is this instability in the economic situation that encourages enterprises to constantly analyze their own financial state with the aim of timely and prompt response to market environment changes and maintaining competitive positions in the market. Therefore, the development of an effective mechanism for improving the financial state management of the enterprise is a very important problem in modern realities. All this explains the purpose of the conducted study. The purpose of the qualification work is to improve the management of the financial condition of JSC "Ukrposhta" in modern economic conditions on the basis of analysis due to the development of a set of optimization measures. Аccording to the purpose of the qualification work, the following main tasks were identified: - To explore the concepts of financial state management, management in general, and characterize the concept “enterprise financial state”; - To analyze in detail the place and role of financial management in general enterprise management system; - To analyze the main methodological aspects of assessing the financial state management of the enterprise - To study the organizational, economic and financial state of SC Ukrposhta - To diagnose the financial state management of SC Ukrposhta - To propose a set of measures to optimize the financial state management at the enterprise under study. The object of the study is the financial state of SC Ukrposhta The subject of the study is the processes of managing the financial state of JSC Ukrposhta Methods of research. When performing the qualification work, the following research methods were used: analysis and synthesis, generalization - for summarizing the existing theoretical provisions on the management of enterprise competitiveness; systematic approach - for assessing the entire set of components of the topic under study; statistical analysis - for studying, grouping, comparing, assessing the actual data on the performance of the enterprise; method of graphic image - for visual representation of indicators in dynamics; method of schematic representation - for visual representation of relationships between elements; comparative method. The information base of the work consists of specialized literature on management and economics, monographic studies, articles by domestic and foreign authors, official statistics and Internet resources. In the qualification work, information is generalized and displayed by means of tables, graphs, diagrams. Data processing was carried out by means of modern information technologies.
