Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Мотивація та стимулювання праці як засіб підвищення ефективності роботи підприємства». 72 сторінки, 13 таблиць, 9 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 25 найменувань. Актуальність теми визначається тим, що без мотивації працівника неможливий нормальний розвиток підприємства з одного боку, а з іншого – змінні зовнішні та внутрішні умови функціонування вимагають використання найсучасніших, передових методів стимулювання, що мають відповідати індивідуальним особливостям функціонування конкретного господарського суб’єкта. Мотивація та стимулювання співробітників займає одне з центральних місць в управлінні персоналом, оскільки вони є причиною їх поведінки. Керівники не завжди чітко уявляють, які мотиви стимулюють їх підлеглих на ефективну роботу і часто переоцінюють значимість для працівників «базових мотивів», таких як безпека, зарплата, надійність і недооцінюють внутрішні стимули до роботи – творчість, ініціативність, самостійність, необмеженість фантазії та бажання досягти високих результатів. Метою роботи є аналіз практичних аспектів мотивації та стимулювання праці з метою розробки пропозицій щодо їх удосконалення на підприємстві. Об’єктом дослідження є система мотивації та стимулювання персоналу на ТОВ «Туристична компанія Тревел Січ» . Інформаційну базу роботи становлять вітчизняні та закордонні статті, публікації з теми мотивації та стимулювання праці, підручники, монографії, що описують аспекти мотивації та стимулювання праці на туристичних підприємствах, статистичні дані ТОВ «Туристична компанія Тревел Січ». Під час виконання роботи було розкрито сутність зміст механізму системи мотивації та методів стимулювання праці персоналу підприємства, виявлено сучасні методи матеріальної та нематеріальної мотивації праці персоналу, досліджено зарубіжний досвід стимулювання та мотивації праці та розглянуто доцільність їх застосування в Україні. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було досліджено діяльність туристичної компанії «Тревел Січ» на туристичному ринку, проаналізовано внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище підприємства, проаналізовано організацію системи мотивації та стимулювання на досліджуваному підприємстві та надано рекомендації з удосконалення мотивації та стимулювання на туристичному підприємстві.

The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that, on the one hand, the normal development of the enterprise is impossible without employee motivation, and on the other hand, the changing external and internal conditions of functioning require the use of the most modern, advanced methods of stimulation, which must correspond to the individual characteristics of the functioning of a particular economic entity. Motivation and stimulation of employees occupies one of the central places in personnel management, as they are the cause of their behavior. Managers do not always clearly imagine what motives stimulate their subordinates to work efficiently and often overestimate the importance for employees of "basic motives", such as safety, salary, reliability, and underestimate internal incentives for work - creativity, initiative, independence, unlimited imagination and the desire to achieve high results. The purpose of the work is to analyze the practical aspects of motivation and stimulation of labor in order to develop proposals for their improvement at the enterprise. The object of the research is the system of motivation and stimulation of personnel at Travel Sich Tourist Company LLC. The information base of the work consists of domestic and foreign articles, publications on the topic of motivation and labor stimulation, textbooks, monographs describing aspects of motivation and labor stimulation at tourist enterprises, statistical data of Travel Seach Tourist Company LLC.During the work, the essence of the mechanism of the motivation system and methods of stimulating the work of the company's personnel was revealed, modern methods of material and non-material motivation of the personnel were revealed, the foreign experience of labor stimulation and motivation was studied and the feasibility of their application in Ukraine was considered. On the basis of theoretical material, the activity of the travel company "Travel Sich" on the tourist market was investigated, the internal and external environment of the enterprise was analyzed, the organization of the system of motivation and stimulation at the researched enterprise was analyzed, and recommendations were given to improve motivation and stimulation at the tourist enterprise.
