Планування та прогнозування зовнішньоекономічної діяльності металургійного підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжсталь»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 129 с., 8 рис., 42 табл., 3 додатки, 61 джерело. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів планування та прогнозування зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є система планування та прогнозування металургійного підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжсталь». Мета роботи – розробка пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності системи планування на основі прогнозування зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Запоріжсталь». Специфіка роботи полягає у детальному аналізі процесів планування на підприємстві з урахуванням постійних змін в економічних процесах зовнішнього середовища, а також аналіз динаміки здійснення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємством за попередні періоди і планування подальшої діяльності на основі складених прогнозів. Під час написання роботи було визначено поняття планування та прогнозування зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства, з’ясовано особливості механізму їх здійснення, досліджено сутність та зміст їх основних методів, а також розглянуті класифікації їх видів і типів; обґрунтовано методику визначення ефективності планування та прогнозування ЗЕД в умовах невизначеності та інтернаціоналізації бізнесу. Також, була проведена організаційно-економічна характеристика підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжсталь», досліджено організацію його зовнішньоекономічної діяльності і проведена діагностика системи планування та прогнозування ЗЕД підприємства. У третій частині роботи здійснено прогнозування зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Запоріжсталь», розроблено рекомендації щодо напрямків вдосконалення системи планування підприємства і запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності системи планування та прогнозування зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Запоріжсталь». Новизна роботи полягає у розробці рекомендацій щодо подальшої діяльності підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжсталь» використовуючи комплексний підхід планування зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства на основі прогнозів, розрахованих з урахуванням даних попередніх періодів діяльності, та врахування тенденцій сьогодення і найближчого майбутнього, тобто тих факторів, які можуть безпосередньо чи опосередковано вплинути на зовнішньоекономічну діяльність підприємства, а також виявлення ризиків і знаходження шляхів щодо їх мінімізації чи ліквідації.

The subject of research is a totality of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of planning and forecasting of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. The object of research is the system of planning and forecasting of the metallurgical enterprise of PJSC «Zaporozhstal». The purpose of the thesis is to develop proposals for improving the efficiency of the planning system based on the forecasting of foreign economic activity of PJSC «Zaporozhstal». Specificity of the thesis consists in a detailed analysis of the planning processes at the enterprise, taking into account the constant changes in the economic processes of the environment, as well as the analysis of the dynamics of the external economic activity of the enterprise for the previous periods and the planning of further activities based on complex forecasts. During the writing of the thesis the concept of planning and forecasting of the foreign economic activity of the enterprise was defined, the peculiarities of the mechanism of their realization were clarified, the nature and content of their basic methods were investigated, as well as the classifications of their kind and types were considered; the methodology for determining the effectiveness of planning and forecasting FEA in the conditions of uncertainty and internationalization of business is substantiated. In addition, the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise of PJSC «Zaporozhstal», the investigated organization of its enterprise and the diagnostic system of planning and forecasting of FEA enterprises were conducted. In the third part of the thesis, the forecasting of foreign economic activity of PJSC «Zaporozhstal» is made, the recommendations on directions of improvement of the enterprise planning system are developed and the ways of increasing the efficiency of the system of planning and forecasting of the foreign economic activity of PJSC «Zaporozhstal» are proposed. The novelty of the thesis is to develop recommendations for the future activity enterprise of PJSC «Zaporozhstal» using a comprehensive approach of planning the foreign economic activity of the enterprise based on forecasts calculated taking into account the data of previous periods of activity, and taking into account the trends of the present and the near future, those factors, which may be directly or indirectly, influence the external economic activity of the enterprise, as well as identify risks and find ways to minimization or liquidation them.
