Процес відтворення основних та оборотних засобів підприємства суб’єкта ЗЕД ПАТ «Мотор Січ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 118 с., 8 рис., 14 табл., 2 додатків, 99 джерел. Предмет дослідження: процес відтворення основних та оборотних засобів підприємства-суб’єкта ЗЕД. Об’єкт дослідження: ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Метою роботи магістра – розробка пропозицій, щодо підвищення ефективності закупівельної діяльності ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Методи дослідження: системний підхід, порівняння, аналіз, моделювання. Специфіка роботи – вивчення зовнішнього середовища ПАТ «Мотор Січ», як джерела для пошуку та вибору постачальників основних та оборотних засобів ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Під час написання роботи було: визначено поняття та види ресурсів підприємства, що забезпечують його виробничу діяльність; досліджено процеси, методи та етапи організації закупівельної діяльності на підприємстві та визначено особливості формування організаційного апарату при здійснення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності; розглянуто методологію вибору постачальника на промисловому підприємстві; проаналізовано організаційно-економічну діяльність ПАТ «Мотор Січ»; досліджено зовнішнє середовище ПАТ «Мотор Січ», як основний фактор впливу на його зовнішньоекономічну діяльність; проведено аналіз постачальників основних та оборотних засобів ПАТ «Мотор Січ». На основі проведеного дослідження було здійснено інтегральну оцінку ефективності вибору постачальників на ПАТ «Мотор Січ» та розроблено рекомендації ПАТ «Мотор Січ», щодо вдосконалення логістичної системи закупівель.

Subject of study: the process of reproduction of fixed and floating assets of the enterprise of FEA. Object of study: PJSC «Motor Sich». The purpose of the Master's qualification work is to develop proposals to increase the efficiency of procurement activities of PJSC «Motor Sich». Research methods: systematic approach, approach of comparison, approach of analysis, modeling. Specificity of work – is to study the external environment of PJSC «Motor Sich» as a source for searching and selecting suppliers of fixed and floating assets of PJSC «Motor Sich». During of writing the work: the concepts and types of resources of the enterprise which providing its production activity are defined; the processes, methods and stages of organization of procurement activity at the enterprise are researched and the peculiarities of formation of the organizational apparatus in the implementation of foreign economic activity are determined; the methodology of selection of the supplier at the industrial enterprise is considered; organizational and economic activity of PJSC «Motor Sich» is analyzed; the external environment of PJSC «Motor Sich» is studied as the main factor which influenced on its foreign economic activity; the analysis of suppliers of fixed and floating assets of PJSC «Motor Sich» is carried out. On the basis of the conducted research, an integral evaluation of the efficiency of selection of suppliers at PJSC «Motor Sich» is carried out and recommendations of PJSC «Motor Sich» are developed to improve the logistics procurement system
