Розробка плану стратегічних змін ТОВ "Енергомаш"

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 119 с., 11 рис., 15 табл., 3 додатки, 45 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є ТОВ «Енергомаш». Мета дослідження – проаналізувати процес управління змінами на підприємстві ТОВ «Енергомаш» та запропонувати ряд заходів щодо розробки стратегічного плану дій. Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий, метод статистичного аналізу, групування та узагальнення даних. Актуальність теми даної кваліфікаційної роботи визначається тим, що для ефективної роботи підприємства і досягнення ним успіху керівництву необхідно вчасно реагувати на наявні проблеми і впроваджувати організаційні зміни, оскільки саме це є запорукою виживання будь-якої організації в сучасному мінливому конкурентному середовищі. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи управління змінами на промислових підприємствах. На основі теоретичного матеріалу та фінансових звітів підприємства «Енергомаш» було проаналізовано його діяльність та фінансовий стан і запропоновано заходи щодо вирішення наявних проблем і підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства за рахунок впровадження необхідних організаційних змін. Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом ТОВ «Енергомаш» в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

The object of the research is LLC «Energomash» The purpose is to analyze the change management process at LLC «Energomash» and propose a series of measures to develop a strategic action plan. The research methods: descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance, a method of statistical analysis, grouping and summarizing data. The relevance of the topic of this qualification work is determined by the fact that for the effective work of the company and its success, management must respond in a timely manner to existing problems and implement the organizational changes, as this is the key to the survival of any organization in today's changing competitive environment. During the execution of the thesis we were considered the theoretical foundations of change management at industrial enterprises. Based on the theoretical material and financial reports of the Energomash enterprise, was analyzed the activities of the LLC «Energomash» and its financial condition, proposed the measures for solving of the existing problems and increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise by implementing the necessary organizational changes. The results, which were obtained in the qualification work can be used by the management of LLC «Energomash» in practical activity and will contribute to improvement of activity of domestic enterprises.
