Розробка управлінських рішень щодо роботи з ідеями та інноваціями у ПП «Меблі-Сова»

Abstract

UA : Магістерська робота: 118 с., 22 рис., 41 табл., 2 додатки, 80 джерел. У процесі організації діяльності на підприємствах приймаються окремі управлінські рішення щодо необхідності та реалізації ідеї та інновацій, організації процесу їх реалізації, розподілу робіт та забезпечення їх необхідними засобами, що набуває особливої актуальності. Об’єктом дослідження є організація процесу управління та прийняття управлінських рішень на підприємстві ПП «Меблі-Сова». Предметом дослідження є принципи та методи прийняття управлінських рішень в процесі побудови загальної системи управління на підприємстві. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в аналізі поточного стану управління на підприємстві. Визначення напрямів підвищення ефективності прийняття управлінських рішень в процесі роботи з ідеями та інноваціями на підприємстві з урахуванням сучасних ринкових умов. У процесі дослідження отримано такі результати: – наданні оцінки комплексній системі оцінки результатів діяльності працівників в процесі роботи з ідеями та інноваціями; – визначенні напрями підвищення ефективності процесу прийняття рішень в управлінні працівниками в умовах роботи з ідеями та інноваціями на підприємстві; – надана оцінка організації прийняття управлінських рішень в процесі роботи з ідеями та інноваціями згідно поточних проблем та перспектив у розвитку підприємства ПП «Меблі-Сова»; – дослідженні етапи прийняття управлінських рішень в процесі роботи з ідеями та інноваціями на підприємстві ПП «Меблі-Сова». Методи дослідження: аналіз – при оцінці рівня інноваційного розвитку підприємства; системного підходу – при визначенні складових інноваційного розвитку підприємства та інноваційних складових, задля оцінки інноваційного розвитку обраного підприємства. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що одержані результати та розроблені рекомендації становлять методичну основу для розвитку підприємства, розроблені управлінські рішення, ідеї та інновації на вітчизняних підприємствах, їх застосування і комплексного використання. У матеріалах дослідження наведено приклад впровадження сучасних ідей та інновацій на ПП «Меблі-Сова» з метою покращення роботи підприємства. Висновки та рекомендації наведені в кваліфікаційній роботі магістра можуть бути корисними та використані на підприємствах Запорізького регіону, зокрема фахівцям-практикам у галузі персоналу. Основні результати кваліфікаційної роботи висвітлено у статті.

In the process of organization of activity at enterprises, separate management decisions are made regarding the need and realization of ideas and innovations, organization of the process of their realization, distribution of works and providing them with the necessary means, which becomes especially relevant. The object of the research is the organization of the process of management and decision-making at the enterprise PE "Furniture-Owl". The subject of the study is the principles and methods of making management decisions in the process of building a common management system at the enterprise. The purpose of qualification work is to analyze the current state of management in the enterprise. Definition of directions of increase of efficiency of decision-making decision-making in the process of work with ideas and innovations in the enterprise taking into account modern market conditions. During the research the following results were obtained: – providing an evaluation system for evaluating employee performance in the process of working with ideas and innovations; – identifying directions of increasing the efficiency of the decision-making process in the management of employees in terms of working with ideas and innovations at the enterprise; – assessment of management decision-making organization in the process of working with ideas and innovations in accordance with current problems and prospects in the enterprise development of PE "Furniture-Owl"; – research stages of managerial decision-making in the process of working with ideas and innovations at the enterprise of PE "Furniture-Owl". Research methods: analysis - when assessing the level of innovative development of the enterprise; systematic approach - in determining the components of innovative development of the enterprise and innovative components, for the purpose of evaluation of innovative development of the selected enterprise. Scientific novelty of the research is that the obtained results and developed recommendations form a methodological basis for enterprise development, developed management decisions, ideas and innovations at domestic enterprises, their application and integrated use. The research materials give an example of the implementation of modern ideas and innovations at PE "Furniture-Owl" in order to improve the work of the enterprise. The conclusions and recommendations given in the Master's qualification work can be useful and useful at enterprises of the Zaporozhye region, in particular, personnel practitioners. The main results of the qualification work are covered in the article.
