Підвищення результативності атакуючих дій баскетболістів на етапі спортивного вдосконалення

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота складається з 67 сторінок, 5 таблиць, 5 рисунків, 60 літературних посилань. Об’єкт дослідження – техніка атакуючих дій при кидках м’яча в кошик. Мета дослідження – розробити методику підвищення результативності дій баскетболістів 16-17 років у нападі на етапі спортивного вдосконалення. Методи дослідження – теоретичний аналіз наукової і навчально-методичної літератури, вивчення та аналіз документальних даних, метод контрольних тестів, педагогічні спостереження, методи математичної статистики. В сучасних умовах змагальної діяльності протидії захисників є вирішальним фактором, визначальним результативність атакуючих дій баскетболістів 16-17 років при кидках м’яча в кошик. Дослідження тренувального процесу та змагальної діяльності баскетболістів, які перебувають на етапі спортивного вдосконалення, дозволило виявити ряд причин зниження результативності дій, а саме: недостатньо часу відведено вдосконаленню атакуючих дій в умовах протидій захисників; слабка технічна підготовленість гравців. В навчально-тренувальному процесі баскетболістів ЕГ було застосовано моделювання протидій суперників шляхом розробки спеціальних вправ атакуючих і захисних дій, що виконуються при кидках м’яча. В результаті застосування методики на основі моделювання протидій суперників підвищилася результативність кидків м’яча без опору захисника (60%), результативність кидків з опором захисника (47%). У процесі аналізу показників було виявлено, що спортсмени експериментальної групи на 17-23% більше роблять атак з використанням обманних рухів, ніж баскетболісти контрольної групи, при цьому здійснюючи менше втрат м’яча в ході атаки.

The purpose of the study is to develop a method for improving the performance of basketball players 16-17 years of age in the attack at the stage of sports improvement. Methods of research – theoretical analysis of scientific and educational-methodical literature, study and analysis of documentary data, method of control tests, pedagogical observations, methods of mathematical statistics. In today's competitive environment, defending defenders is a decisive factor in determining the effectiveness of attacking actions of basketball players 16-17 years old when throwing the ball into the basket. The study of the training process and competitive activity of basketball players who are at the stage of sports improvement, has revealed a number of reasons for reducing the effectiveness of actions, namely: not enough time is given to improve the attacking actions in the conditions of opposing defenders; poor technical preparedness of the players. In the training process of basketball players EG was used to simulate opposing opponents by developing special exercises of attacking and defensive actions, which are performed when throwing the ball. As a result of the use of a technique based on the modeling of opposing opponents, the efficiency of throws of the ball without the defender's resistance increased (60%), the effectiveness of the shots with the defender's resistance (47%). In the process of analyzing the indicators, it was found that the athletes of the experimental group are 17-23% more likely to engage in attacks using deceptive motions than the basketball players of the control group, with less ball losses during the attack.
