Підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ “ДЖОІН АП”)

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: Підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ “ДЖОІН АП”) :85 сторінки,21 таблиці, 3 малюнка, 3 формули, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань нараховує 35 найменувань. Актуальність даної теми зумовлена тим, що конкурентоспроможність туризму є однією з умов успішного розвитку туризму в Україні і водночас відіграє важливу роль у системі світогосподарських зв’язків та умов глобалізації економіки. Процес глобалізації продовжує посилюватися, результатом чого є ускладнення бізнес-середовища, насамперед, загострення ринкової конкуренції та поява нових загроз. Тому необхідно шукати нові шляхи підвищення конкурентоспроможності продукції підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної робити є обґрунтування напрямів підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Об’єкт дослідження є конкурентоспроможність ТОВ “ДЖОІН АП”. Інформаційну базу роботи становлять джерела Інтернет, спеціалізована література, періодичні видання, матеріали науково-практичних конференцій з досліджуваних питань, а також дані статистичної звітності підприємства. В роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць, графіків, схем. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні аспекти конкурентоспроможності підприємства, розкриті методи та критерії оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства. На основі теоритичного маткріалу було проведено аналіз впливу чинників та оцінка конкурентоспроможності підприємства ТОВ “ДЖОІН АП”. Також були розроблені заходи підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства.

The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that the competitiveness of tourism is one of the conditions for the successful development of tourism in Ukraine and at the same time plays an important role in the system of world economic relations and the conditions of economic globalization. The process of globalization continues to intensify, the result of which is the complication of the business environment, first of all, the intensification of market competition and the emergence of new threats. Therefore, it is necessary to look for new ways of increasing the competitiveness of the company's products. The purpose of the qualification is to justify the ways of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. The object of the study is the competitiveness of "JOIN AP". The information base of the work consists of Internet sources, specialized literature, periodicals, materials of scientific and practical conferences on the researched issues, as well as data from statistical reporting of the enterprise. In the work, the information is summarized and displayed using tables, graphs, and diagrams. During the work, the theoretical aspects of the enterprise's competitiveness were considered, methods and criteria for assessing the enterprise's competitiveness were revealed. On the basis of the theoretical material, an analysis of the influence of factors and an assessment of the competitiveness of the LLC "JOIN AP" enterprise were carried out. Measures to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise were also developed.
