UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Лідерство у системі управління підприємством»: 70 сторінок, 19 таблиць, 17 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 46 найменувань. Тема роботи є актуальною, бо запорукою ефективної системи управління підприємством є використання лідерсського впливу для керування всіма процесами на підприємстві. Об’єкт дослідження – група компаній «Метінвест». Предмет дослідження – процес формування лідерських якостей управлінського персоналу компанії «Метінвест». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є вичення теоретичних аспектів, оцінка лідерських якостей управлінського персоналу компанії «Метінвест», розробка рекомендацій щодо їх розвитку. Інформаційна база роботи: ресурси мережі Інтернет, наукові здобутки вітчизняних і закорданних вчених, матеріали науково-практичних конференцій, навчальні посібники, управлінська та фінансова звітність компанії «Метінвест». В роботі інформація узагальнена і відображена за допомогою таблиць, графіків, схем. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні аспекти лідерства, оцінено лідерські якості управлінського персоналу компанії «Метінвест», запропоновано напрямки розвитку лідерських компатенцій управлінського персоналу компанії «Метінвест».

Information base of the work: Internet resources, scientific achievements of domestic and foreign scientists, materials of scientific and practical conferences, training manuals, management and financial reporting of the company "Metinvest". In the work, the information is summarized and displayed using tables, graphs, and diagrams. During the work, the theoretical aspects of leadership were considered, the leadership qualities of the management staff of the Metinvest company were evaluated, directions for the development of leadership competencies of the management staff of the Metinvest company were proposed.
