Трансформація системи організації зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь» у сучасних умовах

Abstract

UA : Предмет дослідження: теоретичні аспекти та практичний інструментарій формування організаційного забезпечення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності металургійного підприємства. Об’єкт дослідження: трансформація системи організації управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю на підприємстві ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь». Мета дослідження — розвиток та розробка теоретичних положень і науково-методичних рекомендацій щодо трансформації організаційного механізму ефективності зовнішньоекономічної діяльності металургійного підприємства ПАТ «Дняпроспецсталь». Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція. Специфіка даного дослідження полягає у вирішенні наступних завдань: проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні аспекти організації зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства; надано загальну характеристика металургійному підприємству ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь»; вивчено процес трансформації системи організації зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь»; проаналізовано ефективність організації зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь». На підставі чого визначено перспективні напрямки вдосконалення організаційного механізму ЗЕД ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь» за рахунок адаптація механізму організації зовнішньоекономічної діяльності компанії; вдосконалення механізму організації ЗЕД ПАТ «Дніпроспецсталь» шляхом побудови системи представництв та агентів зі збуту, а також оптимізації логістичної системи збуту в контексті формування дієвого механізму організації зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства.

EN : The subject of the research: theoretical aspects and practical toolkit of formation of organizational support for foreign economic activity of a metallurgical enterprise. The object of the study: transformation of the system of organization of management of foreign economic activity at the enterprise of PJSC "Dniprospetsstal". The purpose of the study is the development and elaboration of theoretical provisions and scientific-methodological recommendations regarding the transformation of the organizational mechanism of the effectiveness of foreign economic activity of the metallurgical enterprise "Dniaprospetsstal" PJSC. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction. The specifics of this research consists in solving the following tasks: the theoretical and methodological aspects of the organization of the foreign economic activity of the enterprise are analyzed; a general description of the metallurgical enterprise "Dniprospetsstal" PJSC is provided; the process of transformation of the system of organization of foreign economic activity of PJSC "Dniprospetsstal" was studied; the effectiveness of the organization of foreign economic activity of PJSC "Dniprospetsstal" was analyzed. On the basis of which, promising directions for improving the organizational mechanism of the foreign economic activity of PJSC "Dniprospetsstal" were determined due to the adaptation of the mechanism of organization of the company's foreign economic activity; improvement of the mechanism of the organization of the ZED of PJSC "Dniprospetsstal" by building a system of representative offices and sales agents, as well as optimization of the logistics system of sales in the context of the formation of an effective mechanism for the organization of the enterprise's foreign economic activity.
