Формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх соціальних педагогів засобами тренінгу

Abstract

Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати й розробити тренінг формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх соціальних педагогів. Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх соціальних педагогів. Предмет дослідження: особливості формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх соціальних педагогів. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз і узагальнення теоретичних джерел з теми дослідження; емпіричні: тест-опитувальник комунікативних і організаторських схильностей (Б. Федорішин); тест комунікативних умінь (Л. Міхельсон), методика діагностики комунікативного контролю у спілкуванні (М. Шнайдер), методика діагностики комунікативної соціальної компетентності (КСК). Теоретичне значення полягає в уточненні і конкретизації сутності понять «компетенція», «компетентність», «комунікативна компетентність», «комунікативна компетентність соціального педагога»; розробці рекомендацій з формування комунікативної компетентності майбутнього соціального педагога. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у можливості застосування методичного інструментарію для вивчення особливостей комунікативної компетентності студентів і умов її формування в закладах вищої освіти та використанні результатів дослідження у роботі викладачів закладів вищої освіти у процесі розроблення методичного забезпечення для майбутніх соціальних педагогів. EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 parts, findings, a list of references (60 items). Today, the communicative competence of an individual is gaining special importance as an ability that helps to establish contacts with other people, to carry out effective activities and is a characteristic that facilitates the achievement of one's own goal. For the profession of a social pedagogue, communicative competence is a leading professional characteristic on which personal success, competitiveness and personal satisfaction depend. A modern graduate must possess not only certain knowledge about various sides and aspects of communication, but also ways to use this knowledge in real situations, translating it into specific skills and steps in order to achieve mutual understanding and high results of professional activity, that is, he must possess communication skills. The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and develop training for the formation of communicative competence of future social pedagogues. The research tasks: 1) to determine the essence, content and structure of communicative competence; 2) to reveal the role of communicative competence in the professional activity of a social pedagogue; 3) to substantiate the means of forming the communicative competence of future social teachers; 4) experimentally determine the state of formation of the communicative competence of future social pedagogues; 5) to develop recommendations for the formation of communicative competence of future social pedagogues.

The object of the study: the process of forming the communicative competence of future social pedagogues. The subject of the study: peculiarities of the formation of communicative competence of future social pedagogues. Part 1 “Theoretical analysis of the problem of formation of communicative competence of future social pedagogues" the essence of the concept of communicative competence in scientific literature is revealed; the role of communicative competence in the professional activity of a social pedagogue is considered; the means of forming communicative competence of future social pedagogues are analyzed. Part 2 “Experimental study of the process of formation of communicative competence of future social pedagogues by means of training technologies” the state of formation of communicative competence of future social pedagogues is determined; training on the formation of communicative competence of future social pedagogues was developed; methodical recommendations on the formation of communicative competence of the future social pedagogue were made. The results of the research can be used in the work of teachers of higher education institutions in the process of developing methodological support for future social pedagogues.
