Соціально-педагогічна профілактика соціального сирітства в діяльності центрів соціальних служб

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт кваліфікаційної роботи: соціально-педагогічна профілактика соціального сирітства. Предмет кваліфікаційної роботи: технологія соціально-педагогічної профілактики соціального сирітства у роботі центру соціальних служб Мета кваліфікаційної роботи: теоретично обґрунтувати технологію соціально-педагогічної профілактики соціального сирітства в умовах центру соціальних служб. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз і узагальнення теоретичних джерел з теми дослідження; емпіричні: анкетування; інтерв’ю; спостереження. Теоретична значущість роботи полягає в обгрунтуванні сутності та змісту соціальної профілактики соціального сирітства. Практична значущість полягає у розробці технології соціально-педагогічної профілактики соціального сирітства для впровадження її в центрах соціальних служб та центрах соціального обслуговування. Галузь використання: центри соціальних служб, центри соціального обслуговування.

EN : Today, the problems of children left without parental care have become particularly acute in science and social practice of society. The separation of children from their parents, the strengthening of family deformation processes, the destruction of moral and ethical norms, social ties, the aggravation of the criminogenic situation, the deterioration of the health of the child population, insufficient financing of the social sphere - all this has led to a decrease in the level of protection of children and adolescents, a sharp drop in the level of material and moral support of the family, an increase in the number of orphans with living parents, the so-called prosperous social orphans. Social orphanhood has become an integral attribute of modern society, which affects the crisis of the family institution, the negative influence of society on the formation of a child’s personality in the social, spiritual and moral, intellectual and physical aspects of his individual development. The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate the technology of socio-pedagogical prevention of social orphanhood in the conditions of the center of social services. The research tasks: 1) To investigate social orphanhood as a socio-pedagogical problem. 2) To analyze the domestic and foreign experience of implementing socio-pedagogical technologies for the prevention of social orphanhood. 3) To determine the peculiarities of the functioning of families in difficult life circumstances. 4) To reveal the essence and content of socio-pedagogical prevention of social orphanhood. 5) To justify the technology of socio-pedagogical prevention of social orphanhood in the center of social services. The object of the study: the process of socio-pedagogical prevention of social orphanhood. The subject of the study: the technology of socio-pedagogical prevention of social orphanhood in the work of the center of social services. Part 1 « Theoretical aspects of socio-pedagogical prevention of social orphanhood» theoretical aspects of socio-pedagogical prevention of social orphanhood are defined: definition of social orphanhood in today’s conditions, highlights its causes, features and consequences; reveals the characteristics of the most vulnerable category of the population to this socio-pedagogical phenomenon - families in difficult life circumstances; defines the essence and content of socio-pedagogical prevention of social orphanhood and highlights the domestic and foreign experience of implementing socio-pedagogical technologies for the prevention of social orphanhood.. Part 2 «Technology of socio-pedagogical prevention of social orphanhood in the activities of the center of social services» statistical data on the situation with social orphanhood in the city of Zaporizhzhia were studied and a universal structure of socio-pedagogical technology for the prevention of social orphanhood was created. The results of the research can be used for the prevention prevention of social orphanhood for its implementation in centers of social services.
