Соціально-педагогічна адаптація тимчасово переміщених українських дітей в Німеччині

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт соціально-педагогічного дослідження: процес соціально-педагогічної адаптації дітей до умов іншої країни. Предмет соціально-педагогічного дослідження: зміст, форми та методи соціально-педагогічної адаптації тимчасово переміщених українських дітей у Німеччині. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи: розробити та методично обгрунтувати програму соціально-педагогічної адаптації тимчасово переміщених українських дітей у Німеччині. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз філософської, соціологічної, психологічної, педагогічної, зокрема соціально-педагогічної, літератури для узагальнення теоретичних підходів щодо соціальної роботи з вимушеними мігрантами; емпіричні: спостереження, опитування, анкетування, бесіди; методи визначення кількісних та якісних характеристик отриманих результатів. Теоретичне значення полягає у визначенні понять «тимчасово переміщена особа» та «соціально-педагогічна адаптація» та обґрунтуванні особливостей соціально-педагогічної адаптації тимчасово переміщених осіб, узагальненні рекомендацій щодо оптимізації форм та методів ресоціалізації тимчасово переміщених осіб з України в умовах воєнного стану. Практичне значення полягає в тому, що теоретичні та практичні матеріали кваліфікаційної роботи можна використовувати у практичній діяльності соціальних працівників, фахівців установ соціального захисту, соціальних служб у справах дітей, волонтерських організацій. Галузь використання: центри соціального обслуговування, волонтерські штаби.

EN : The full-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, the occupation and annexation of the Crimean peninsula, armed aggression in the southeastern regions led to the emergence of new social phenomena - internally displaced persons and temporarily displaced persons. Thousands of children were forced to leave their homes. Therefore, they had to start a new life in another "safe" region or country. Some of the Ukrainian children became forced migrants, others left abroad, but all of them need social and pedagogical support in order to successfully adapt to new places of settlement. Germany, as a country with extensive experience in crisis management and refugee reception, has developed programs and approaches to support children in such circumstances. The purpose of the study: to develop and methodically justify the program of socio-pedagogical adaptation of temporarily displaced Ukrainian children in Germany. The research tasks: 1. To determine the essence and content of the concept of “temporarily displaced person” or “refugee” as a socio-pedagogical phenomenon. 2. To reveal the essence and meaning of the concept of “adaptation” in relation to the category of temporarily displaced persons. 3. To analyze the existing experience of Germany regarding social and pedagogical adaptation of temporarily displaced Ukrainian children. 4. To develop and methodically justify the program of social and pedagogical adaptation of temporarily displaced Ukrainian children in Germany. The object of the study: the process of socio-pedagogical adaptation of children to the conditions of another country. The subject of the study: content, forms and methods of socio-pedagogical adaptation of temporarily displaced Ukrainian children in Germany. Part 1 “Theoretical foundations of socio-pedagogical adaptation of temporarily displaced persons” the essence and content of the concept of “temporarily displaced persons” as a socio-pedagogical phenomenon and the essence and content of the concept of “adaptation” regarding children of the category of temporarily displaced persons are revealed. Also, the newly acquired experience of social and pedagogical adaptation of temporarily displaced Ukrainian children in Germany is indicated in the section. Part 2 “Study of socio-pedagogical adaptation of temporarily displaced Ukrainian children in Germany” the research methods of social-pedagogical adaptation of temporarily displaced Ukrainian children. Based on the analysis of the results of the initial research, a program of social and pedagogical adaptation of temporarily displaced Ukrainian children was developed on the basis of a comprehensive educational institution in the city of Wittenberg, Germany, were developed recommendations for social pedagogues regarding social and pedagogical adaptation of temporarily displaced Ukrainian children in other countries. The results of the research can be used for practical activities of social workers, specialists of social protection institutions, volunteer organizations for socio-pedagogical adaptation of temporarily displaced persons.
