Актуальність теми визначається тим, що в ринкових умовах господарювання підприємства мають бути впевнені в надійності та економічній спроможності своїх партнерів, в іншому разі вони мають можливість використовувати механізм банкрутства як засіб повернення боргу неплатоспроможними партнерами. У зв'язку з цим керівники підприємств, менеджери різних рівнів управління повинні проводити антикризову діагностику фінансового стану власного підприємства з метою уникнути можливого банкрутства, а при загрозі банкрутства знайти можливості фінансового оздоровлення підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної робити є аналіз практичних аспектів системи антикризового управління підприємства з метою розробки пропозицій щодо її удосконалення на підприємстві. Об’єкт дослідження – процес організації антикризового управління підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжжяобленерго». Інформаційну базу роботи становлять наукові роботи з менеджменту та економіки, монографічні дослідження та статті вітчизняних авторів, практичні матеріали та офіційні статистичні дані, ресурси мережі Інтернет. В роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць, графіків, схем. Під час виконання роботи було з’ясовано сутність та стратегію антикризового управління; досліджено показники ефективності антикризового управління; розглянуто методи та інструменти антикризового управління; проведено оцінку і аналіз системи антикризового управління ПАТ «Запоріжжяобленерго»; розроблено і обґрунтовано шляхи удосконалення антикризового управління на досліджуваному підприємстві.

In this regard, heads of enterprises, managers of various levels of management should carry out anti-crisis diagnostics of the financial state of their own enterprise in order to avoid possible bankruptcy, and in the event of a threat of bankruptcy, to find opportunities for the financial recovery of the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification is to analyze the practical aspects of the enterprise's anti-crisis management system in order to develop proposals for its improvement at the enterprise. The object of the study is the process of organizing the anti-crisis management of Zaporizhzhyaoblenergo PJSC. The information base of the work consists of scientific works on management and economics, monographic studies and articles by domestic authors, practical materials and official statistical data, Internet resources. In the work, the information is summarized and displayed using tables, graphs, and diagrams. During the execution of the work, the essence and strategy of anti-crisis management were clarified; indicators of the effectiveness of anti-crisis management were studied; methods and tools of anti-crisis management are considered; assessment and analysis of the anti-crisis management system of PJSC «Zaporizhjiaoblenergo» was carried out; ways of improving anti-crisis management at the investigated enterprise were developed and substantiated.
