Фінансовий менеджмент корпорації NSP в умовах турбулентності

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: теоретико-методичні та практичні аспекти забезпечення ефективносго фінансовго менеджменту міжнародної корпорації. Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних забезпечення ефективносго фінансовго менеджменту міжнародної корпорації в умовах турбулентності. Мета дослідження: визначення сутності підходів та надання практичних рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності фінансового менеджменту міжнародної корпорації NSP в умовах висококонкурентного та турбулентного ринку. Методи дослідження: теоретичне узагальнення та порівняння, статистичний аналіз, системний підхід формалізації та економіко-математичного моделювання. Специфіка роботи полягає у вирішенні наступних основних задач: здійснено аналіз теоретичних основ фінансового менеджменту в умовах турбулентності, а саме визначено роль фінансового менеджменту як структурного елементу механізму управління корпорацією, здійснено аналіз поняття турбулентність та визначено його сутність та зміст, проаналізовано особливості реалізації та контролю результатів фінансово-економічних проектів в процесі розвитку підприємства. В другому розділі здійснено аналіз сучасного стану фінансового менеджменту NSP та визначено його ефективність, а також надано загальну характеристику NSP та його місця на ринку, досліджено організаційно-економічне забезпечення фінансового менеджменту NSP. На підставі аналізу визначено напрямки підвищення ефективності фінансового менеджменту NSP у умовах турбулентності.

EN : Object of research: theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of ensuring effective financial management of an international corporation. The subject of the study: a set of theoretical, methodological and practical provisions for effective financial management of an international corporation in turbulent conditions. The purpose of the study: to determine the essence of approaches and provide practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of financial management of the international corporation NSP in the conditions of a highly competitive and turbulent market. Research methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical analysis, systematic approach of formalization and economic-mathematical modeling. The specificity of the work consists in solving the following main tasks: an analysis of the theoretical foundations of financial management in conditions of turbulence was carried out, namely, the role of financial management as a structural element of the corporation management mechanism was determined, an analysis of the concept of turbulence was carried out and its essence and content were determined, the peculiarities of the implementation and control of financial results were analyzed - economic projects in the process of enterprise development. In the second chapter, an analysis of the current state of NSP financial management was carried out and its effectiveness was determined, as well as a general description of NSP and its place in the market, organizational and economic support of NSP financial management was investigated. On the basis of the analysis, directions for improving the efficiency of NSP's financial management in turbulent conditions are determined.
