Стратегія розвитку Центру культури Запорізького національного університету в умовах турбулентності

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: визначення перспективних напрямків та надання пропозицій щодо розвиток Центру культури Запорізького національного університету в умовах турбулентності Об’єкт дослідження: Центр культури Запорізького національного університету. Предмет дослідження: діяльність Центру культури Запорізького національного університету в умовах турбулентності Методи дослідження: аналіз, історичний метод, аналіз статистичних даних, аналіз звітної документації та спеціальної літератури, SWOT-аналіз. Новизна роботи полягає у розробці заходів щодо оптимізації роботи Центру культури в умовах турбулентності, а також побудови стратегії для подальшого розвитку. Гіпотеза: для оптимізації та вдосконалення основної діяльності Центру культури в умовах турбулентності, враховуючи умови в яких наразі перебуває країна, для отримання достатньо розвинутої ринкової позиції на рівні з конкурентами та в подальшому зайняти лідерську позицію. Специфіка роботи полягає у тому, що діяльність Центру культури напряму залежить від наявності студентської спільноти, взаємодії зі структурними підрозділами та факультетами Запорізького національного університету. Тому, ті умови, які спіткали країну з 2019 року і до цього часу, дуже обмежили діяльність Центру культури. Для пристосування до нових умов та підтримки діяльності Центру культури було прийнято рішення переформатувати діяльність на онлайн-заходи, розставити акценти на інформуванні споживачів про роботу та досягнення Центру культури та університету в цілому.

EN : The purpose of the research: identification of promising directions and provision of proposals for the development of the Cultural Center of the Zaporizhia National University in turbulent conditions. Object of research: Center of Culture of Zaporizhzhya National University. The subject of the research: activity of the Center of Culture of the Zaporizhia National University in conditions of turbulence. Research methods: analysis, historical method, analysis of statistical data, analysis of reporting documentation and special literature, SWOT analysis. The novelty of the work consists in the development of measures to optimize the work of the Cultural Center in turbulent conditions, as well as in the construction of a strategy for further development. Hypothesis: to optimize and improve the main activity of the Cultural Center in turbulent conditions, taking into account the conditions in which the country is currently, to obtain a sufficiently developed market position on a par with competitors and to take a leadership position in the future. The specificity of the work is that the activity of the Cultural Center directly depends on the presence of the student community, interaction with the structural units and faculties of the Zaporizhia National University. Therefore, the conditions that befell the country from 2019 until now have greatly limited the activities of the Cultural Center. In order to adapt to the new conditions and support the activities of the Cultural Center, it was decided to reformat activities into online events, to place emphasis on informing consumers about the work and achievements of the Cultural Center and the university as a whole.
