Особливості впровадження інноваційних технологій як головний компонент розвитку вітчизняних підприємств

Abstract

UA : Предмет дослідження: мотиваційний механізм підприємства та його елементи,ефективні процеси мотиваційного механізму та його модернізація. Об’єкт дослідження: принцип побудови, система, аналіз, проблеми формування та шляхи підвищення мотиваційного механізму підприємства ТОВ «ТД Східний експрес» Мета роботи: проаналізувати та запропонувати рекомендації до підвищення мотиваційного механізму підприємства ТОВ «ТД Східний експрес». Методи дослідження: описовий, аналітичний, порівняльний моделювання. Специфіка роботи – у детальному аналізі сучасного механізму мотивації підприємств в Україні. Під час написання роботи було проведено аналіз системи мотиваційного механізму підприємства його ефективні складові. Проаналізовані проблеми формування мотиваційного механізму та запропоновані шляхи підвищення та напрямки з умовами модернізації мотиваційного механізму підприємства ТОВ «ТД Східний експрес, а також загальна характеристика діяльності підприємства; визначенні етапи впровадження системи трудової мотивації на підприємстві,запропоновані нововведення для формування більш досконалого мотиваційного механізму, позначені складові розроблення та впровадження нової системи трудової мотивації на підприємстві.

EN : Subject of research: motivational mechanism of the enterprise and its elements, effective processes of motivational mechanism and its modernization. Object of research: the principle of construction, system, analysis, problems of formation and ways to improve the motivational mechanism of the enterprise "TD Vostochny Express" LLC Purpose: to analyze and propose recommendations for improving the motivational mechanism of the enterprise "TD Vostochny Express" LLC. Research methods: descriptive, analytical, comparative modeling. The specificity of the work is a detailed analysis of the current mechanism of motivation of enterprises in Ukraine. In the course of writing the paper, the author analyzed the system of the motivational mechanism of the enterprise and its effective components. The article analyzes the problems of formation of the motivational mechanism and suggests ways to improve and directions with the conditions for modernization of the motivational mechanism of the enterprise "TD Vostochny Express" LLC, as well as the general characteristics of the enterprise; determines the stages of implementation of the labor motivation system at the enterprise, suggests innovations for the formation of a more perfect motivational mechanism, and identifies the components of the development and implementation of a new system of labor motivation at the enterprise.
