Підготовка майбутніх соціальних педагогів до впровадження соціальної анімації

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 63 с., 52 джерела, 1 рисунок. Мета дослідження – теоретично обґрунтувати впровадження соціальної анімації як соціокультурної технології соціальної педагогіки в процесі підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів. Об’єкт дослідження – соціальна анімація як технологія соціальної педагогіки та соціальної роботи. Предмет дослідження – особливості впровадження соціальної анімації як соціокультурної технології в процесі підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів. Методи дослідження даної роботи включають в себе літературний огляд, метод аналізу та синтезу, метод порівняння, систематизація й узагальнення теоретичних та емпіричних даних для впровадження соціальної анімації як соціокультурної технології соціальної педагогіки в процесі підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів . Теоретичне значення: обґрунтування теоретичних засад та підходів до підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів у контексті впровадження соціальної анімації, що дозволяє розуміти її сутність, принципи та можливості застосування в педагогічній практиці. Практичне значення: використання отриманих знань дозволить майбутнім соціальним педагогам та соціальним працівникам активно впроваджувати соціальну анімацію як ефективний інструмент соціальної підтримки та розвитку громад. Галузь використання: заклади освіти та соціальної сфери.

EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 parts, findings, a list of references (52 items, 14 of foreign origin), 1 illustration. The research reveals the problem of specific social conditions, in particular the process of globalization, which have an ambiguous effect on the social development of the individual. There is a danger of the individual being absorbed by all-encompassing social processes. Scientific research turns to animation in the field of leisure as a means of forming a “person of culture” who has a certain valuable social immunity that will allow him to develop in any social conditions. The research purpose: to study the peculiarities of mastering social animation as sociocultural technology of social pedagogy in the process of preparation of future social pedagogues. The research tasks: 1) to find out the essence of the concept of “social animation”; 2) to characterize social animation as a socio-cultural technology of social pedagogy; 3) to investigate the conditions for the use of social animation as a technology of social pedagogy and social work; The object of research is social animation as a sociocultural technology of social pedagogy. The subject is the peculiarities of the implementation of social animation in the training process of future social teachers. The part 1 “Theoretical Analysis of the Use of Social Animation as a Socio-Cultural Technology of Social Pedagogy” notes that animation activity can be characterized by new goals, objectives and applied technologies that determine the process of optimizing interpersonal and group relations, socio-cultural integration, self-determination of each individual in the socio-cultural space. The part 2 “Social Animation in the Process of Preparing Future Social Pedagogues” shows that social animation in the socio-cultural sphere contributes to the implementation of social education of the individual, groups, society, the development of civic activity in the social environment, acts as an effective social integration of different age categories of the population, the establishment of inter-group and harmonious relations in the community, the revival and diversification of leisure. Based on the results of the analysis, methodological recommendations to future social pedagogues, social workers for the implementation of social animation were provided.
