Управління процесом формування фінансових ресурсів АТ КБ "ПриватБанк"

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 118 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 21 таблиць, 20 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 107 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління фінансовими ресурсами банку АТ КБ «ПриватБанк». Предметом дослідження є закономірності та тенденції формування фінансових ресурсів банку, фактори, що впливають на цей процес, методи та інструменти управління АТ КБ «ПриватБанк». Метою роботи полягає в аналізі стану управління процесом формування фінансових ресурсів у АТ КБ «ПриватБанк» та розробці рекомендацій щодо його удосконалення. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово- економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) досліджено сутність та економічну природу фінансових ресурсів банку; 2) розглянуто джерела формування фінансових ресурсів; 3) проведений фінансовий аналіз АТ КБ «ПриватБанк»; 4) досліджено особливості залучення фінансових ресурсів АТ КБ «ПриватБанк»; 5) розроблено напрями удосконалення управління фінансовими ресурсами банку АТ КБ «ПриватБанк». Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо управління фінансовими ресурсами можуть бути використані в діяльності АТ КБ«ПриватБанк».

EN : The work is presented on 118 pages of printed text, contains 21 tables, 20 figures. The list of referеnces includes 107 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the process of managing financial resources of the bank JSC CB «PrivatBank». The subject of the study is the patterns and trends in the formation of financial resources of the bank, the factors influencing this process, methods and tools of management of JSC CB «PrivatBank». The purpose of the study is to analyze the state of management of the process of formation of financial resources in JSC CB «PrivatBank" and to develop recommendations for its improvement. Objectives: 1) determine the essence of the process of managing the financial resources of the bank JSC CB «PrivatBank». 2) to analyze the patterns and trends in the management of financial resources of the bank JSC CB «PrivatBank». 3) to study the factors influencing the management of financial resources of the bank JSC CB «PrivatBank». 4) to develop methods and tools for managing the financial resources of the bank JSC CB «PrivatBank». Research methods: analysis of the theoretical foundations of management of the process of formation of financial resources of the bank. This method allows to form a general idea of the process of formation of financial resources of the bank, its main stages, tasks and principles; аnalysis of the practice of managing the process of formation of financial resources in JSC CB «PrivatBank». This method provides information on specific methods and tools used by the bank to form financial resources; аnalysis of the financial statements of JSC CB «PrivatBank». This method allows to assess the financial condition of the bank and its ability to generate financial resources; survey of the employees of JSC CB «PrivatBank» responsible for the formation of financial resources. This method provides information on the opinions and suggestions of employees on improving the management of the process of financial resources formation. The results and their novelty: 1) a financial analysis of JSC CB «PrivatBank» was carried out; 2) directions for improving the management of financial resources of the bank JSC CB «PrivatBank» were developed. Practical significance of the results. Proposals for the management of financial resources can be used in the activities of JSC CB «PrivatBank».
