Розробка антикризової фінансової стратегії ТОВ "СІЛЬПО-ФУД"

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 105 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 29 таблиць, 20 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела, з них 10 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є підприємство ТОВ «СІЛЬПО-ФУД». Предметом дослідження є фінансова стратегія підприємства ТОВ «СІЛЬПО-ФУД» в умовах кризового або непередбачуваного економічного середовища. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розробка антикризової фінансової стратегії ТОВ «СІЛЬПО-ФУД». Методи дослідження: аналіз та синтез, метод групування, графічний метод, методи фінансового аналізу. Завдання: 1) дослідити підходи до визначення поняття «антикризова фінансова стратегія»; 2) визначити інструменти антикризової фінансової стратегії; 3) дослідити сутність процесу управління антикризовою стратегією на підприємствах; 4) здійснити аналіз організаційно-економічної характеристики підприємства ТОВ «Сільпо-Фуд»; 6) здійснити аналіз показників фінансової стійкості підприємств; 7) провести оцінку ймовірності банкрутства підприємства; 8) сформувати антикризові заходи для підприємства; 9) здійснити розробку антикризової фінансової стратегії для підприємства;. Одержані результати: розроблено антикризову стратегію для ТОВ «СІЛЬПО-ФУД», що може слугувати основою для прийняття управлінських рішень у майбутньому. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами: Отримані результати є ключовими для практичного застосування та формування стратегій управління фінансами, спрямованих на стабільність та успіх компанії в умовах кризи та на ринку загалом.

EN : The work is presented on 105 pages of printed text, contains 29 tables, 20 figures, 4 annex. The list of referеnces includes 72 sources, 10 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the enterprise "Silpo-Food" LLC. The subject of the research is the financial strategy of the enterprise "Silpo- Food" in a crisis or unpredictable economic environment. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to develop an anti-crisis financial strategy for Silpo-Food LLC. To achieve the set goal, the main tasks of a theoretical, methodical, organizational and practical nature are defined in the work: to investigate approaches to defining the concept of "crisis state"; to investigate approaches to defining the concept of "anti-crisis financial strategy", to determine its purpose, tasks, principles and functions; determine the tools of the anti-crisis financial strategy; investigate the essence of the process of managing the anti-crisis strategy at enterprises; to investigate models of the probability of bankruptcy of the enterprise; to carry out an analysis of the organizational and economic characteristics enterprise; analyze the report on the financial results; carry out an analysis of the state of fixed assets, current assets, indicators of liquidity and solvency, indicators of business activity, indicators of profitability and financial stability of the enterprise; carry out an assessment of the probability of bankruptcy; to form the purpose, tasks, goals, objects, subjects, principles, stages of the anti-crisis financial strategy; identify problems and form anti-crisis measures; develop an anti-crisis financial strategy; to evaluate the effectiveness of the anti-crisis financial strategy. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, grouping method, graphical method, methods of financial analysis. Results obtained: the main properties of the implementation of an anti- crisis financial strategy of the enterprise are determined, which can serve as a 6 basis for making management decisions in the future, helping the company to plan and adapt to changes in the financial environment. The results of the study can be applied by enterprises: The findings are key for practical application and the development of financial management strategies aimed at the stability and success of the company in times of crisis and in the market in general.
