Механізм та джерела інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційного розвитку ТОВ «Нова Пошта»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 115 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 26 таблиць, 26 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 90 джерел, з них 9 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є достатність інвестиційного забезпечення процесу інноваційної діяльності ТОВ «Нова Пошта». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти механізму інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційного розвитку підприємства. Метою роботи є розвиток теоретичних положень та удосконалення практичних рекомендацій щодо аналізу інвестиційного забезпечення та механізму управління інноваційною діяльністю ТОВ «Нова Пошта». Завдання: 1) аналіз теоретичних даних щодо питань сутності та механізму взаємодії інвестиційної та інноваційної діяльності; 2) дослідження джерел та управління інвестиційним забезпеченням інноваційного розвитку вітчизняних підприємств; 3) оцінка фінансового стану, стійкості, ділової активності ТОВ«НоваПошта»; 4) формування векторів вдосконалення механізму управління інноваційною діяльністю ТОВ «Нова Пошта»; 5) розробка антикризових заходів в рамках реалізації інноваційних проєктів ТОВ «Нова Пошта». Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, метод економіко-математичного моделювання. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) проаналізовано достатність інвестиційного забезпечення ТОВ «Нова Пошта»; 2) розроблено антикризові заходи в аспекті управління інноваційними проєктами ТОВ «Нова Пошта». Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо вдосконалення управлінням інвестиційною забезпеченістю інноваційним розвитком можуть бути використані в діяльності ТОВ «Нова Пошта».

EN : The work is presented on 115 pages of printed text, contains 26 tables, 26 figures, 2 annex. The list of references includes 90 sources, 9 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the sufficiency of investment support for the process of innovation activity of LLC «Nova Poshta». The subject of research is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the mechanism of investment support for the innovative development of the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical provisions and improve practical recommendations for analyzing investment support and the mechanism for managing the innovation activities of LLC «Nova Poshta». To achieve the goal, the tasks are set: 1) analysis of theoretical data on the nature and mechanism of interaction between investment and innovation activities; 2) study of sources and management of investment support for the innovative development of domestic enterprises; 3) assessment of the financial condition, sustainability, business activity of LLC «Nova Poshta»; 4) formation of vectors for improving the mechanism for managing the innovation activities of LLC «Nova Poshta»; 5) development of anti-crisis measures within the framework of the implementation of innovative projects of LLC «Nova Poshta». Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method, method of economic and mathematical modeling. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the sufficiency of investment security of LLC «Nova Poshta» was analyzed; 2) anti-crisis measures were developed in terms of managing innovation projects of LLC «Nova Poshta». The results of the study are aimed at developing anti-crisis measures within the framework of the implementation of innovative projects of LLC «Nova Poshta» and can be implemented in the practice of logistics and delivery companies. The proposed recommendations for improving the management of investment support for innovative development are of practical importance. The results of research can be used by the heads of departments of LLC «Nova Poshta» to develop tactical and strategic decisions, which will allow for an operational analysis of the adequacy of financial support for innovation, as well as to build an effective system for managing innovation projects at the enterprise.
