Управління джерелами формування фінансових ресурсів ТОВ «Україна»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 105 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 26 рисунків, 2 додатка. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є фінансові ресурси підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-прикладні засади формування та використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є дослідження теоретико- методичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення механізму формування фінансових ресурсів підприємств. Для досягнення поставленої мети, в процесі виконання роботи, були використані такі загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи і прийоми: логічний метод, індукції та дедукції, групування та порівняння, а також методи конкретизації, діалектичний метод, аналіз, синтез, абстрагування та ідеалізації, методи системного підходу, статистичного аналізу, моделювання. В ході дослідження були одержані результати: досліджено світовий досвід формування та використання фінансових ресурсів підприємств АПК; оцінено ефективність формування фінансових ресурсів підприємства ТОВ «Україна»; запропоновано пріоритетні напрямів удосконалення джерел формування фінансових ресурсів на підприємстві. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані сільсько- господарськими підприємствами з метою оптимізації управління фінансовими ресурсами суб’єкта господарювання.

EN : The work is presented on 105 pages of printed text, contains 16 tables, 26 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 73 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The need to survive in the face of fierce competition, the rapidly evolving market relations require from business entities close attention to the organization of production financing, the choice of optimal sources of financial resources, their structure and efficient use. This requires knowledge of the essence of financial resources, in-depth study of theoretical and practical issues of financial management as a management system. The object of research is the financial resources of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical and applied principles of the formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise. The aim of the master's qualification work is to develop theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and to develop practical recommendations for improving the mechanism for the formation and use of financial resources of enterprises. In the course of work, the following general scientific and special methods and techniques were used to achieve the goal: the method of induction and deduction, grouping and comparison, the logical method, as well as the method of comparison, the methods of concretization, the dialectical method, the analysis, synthesis, abstraction and idealization. Methods of systematic approach, statistical analysis, and modeling were used. The obtained results: the world experience in the formation and use of financial resources of agricultural enterprises; the efficiency of using financial resources of the enterprise of LLC "Ukraine" was estimated; the priority directions of improvement of sources of formation and use of financial resources at the enterprise are offered. The results of the study can be applied by enterprises, in particular, the methodology for assessing the efficiency of using financial resources of the enterprise, in order to optimize the management of financial resources of the entity.
