Роль банківської системи в підтримці суб’єктів господарювання в умовах війни в Україні

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 113 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 11 таблиць, 30 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є банківська система України як складова національної економіки, процеси її формування і розвитку в умовах війни. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні і практичні проблеми становлення, функціонування та розвитку банківської системи України в умовах війни та повоєнний період. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є обґрунтування теоретичних і науково-методологічних положень щодо функціонування банківської системи в період військового вторгнення та в повоєнний період, розробка шляхів забезпечення її стабільного та ефективного розвитку. Для досягнення поставленої мети, в процесі виконання роботи, були використані такі загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи і прийоми: логічний метод, групування та порівняння, а також методи конкретизації, діалектичний метод, аналіз, синтез, методи системного підходу, статистичного аналізу. В ході дослідження були одержані результати: вдосконалено поняття банку як складової банківської системи на тлі поточних перетворень у банківській системі України; запропоновані шляхи покращення взаємодії НБУ, Уряду та суб’єктів господарювання в період війни, для можливостей більш ефективного відродження реального сектору економіки; визначено основні фактори, що призводять до кризового стану банківської системи та економіки України в цілому. Подальшого розвитку набуло визначення впливу іноземного досвіду, стосовно роботи банківської системи під час військових дій та повоєнного відновлення. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані НБУ, комерційними банками та суб’єктами господарювання, для організації більш ефективної співпраці.

EN : The work is presented on 113 pages of printed text, contains 11 tables, 30 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 70 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The problems of Ukraine at the current stage of the formation and development of the banking system are: increasing the level of new hybrid risks associated with military actions; insufficient efficiency of functioning in new conditions; improvement of the state strategy for the development of the banking system, which would contribute to its reliable and coordinated activity both during the war and in the post-war period. As a result, there is a need to analyze the theoretical foundations, to investigate and characterize the banking system of Ukraine as a whole and its individual elements, to offer recommendations for solving acute management problems of development in order to improve the activities of modern banking institutions. The object of the research is the banking system of Ukraine as a component of the national economy, the processes of its formation and development in the conditions of war. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical problems of the formation, functioning and development of the banking system of Ukraine in the conditions of the war and the post-war period. The purpose of the master's thesis is to substantiate theoretical and scientific- methodological provisions regarding the functioning of the banking system during the period of military invasion and in the post-war period, to develop ways to ensure its stable and effective development. To achieve the set goal, in the process of performing the work, the following general scientific and special methods and techniques were used: logical method, grouping and comparison, as well as methods of concretization, dialectical method, analysis, synthesis, methods of system approach, statistical analysis. During the research, the results were obtained: the concept of the bank as a component of the banking system was improved against the background of current transformations in the banking system of Ukraine; proposed ways to improve the interaction between the NBU, the Government and business entities during the war, for the possibility of more effective revival of the real sector of the economy; the main factors leading to the crisis state of the banking system and the economy of Ukraine as a whole are identified. The determination of the influence of foreign experience in relation to the operation of the banking system during military operations and post-war reconstruction gained further development. The results of the study can be applied by the National Bank of Ukraine, commercial banks and business entities to organize more effective cooperation.
