Розвиток інфраструктури фондового ринку України

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 105 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 12 таблиць, 12 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об'єктом дослідження є економічні відносини, що виникають у процесі становлення і розвитку фондового ринку. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методологічні та прикладні аспекти формування та розвитку інфраструктури фондового ринку України. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є оцінка сучасного стану інфраструктури фондового ринку України, а також виявлення основних шляхів його ефективного розвитку в умовах воєнного стану та після воєнного періоду.

Завдання: дослідити теоретичні аспекти формування інфраструктури фондового ринку; проаналізувати cучасні тенденції та преспективи розвитку інфраструктури фондового ринку України; сформувати напрями вдосконалення ефективності функціонування українського фондового ринку.

Методи дослідження: абстрактно-логічний, теоретичного узагальнення, аналізу та синтезу, моделювання та формалізації, порівняльного аналізу та ін.

Одержані результати: визначено і систематизовано основні тенденції та фактори розвитку сучасної структури українського фондового ринку, виявлено її специфічні риси; обґрунтовані напрями розвитку фондового ринку України з урахуванням міжнародного досвіду та глобалізаційних процесів у світовій фінансовій системі.

Практичне значення одержаних результатів: запропоновані наукові положення та практичні рекомендації можуть використовуватись як професійними учасниками ринку, так і органами державного регулювання фондового ринку при обмеженні чи стимулюванні інвестиційної активності учасників фондового ринку шляхом впливу на певні фактори у соціально-економічній системі.

The object of the research is the economic relations that arise in the process of formation and development of the stock market.

The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the formation and development of the infrastructure of the stock market of Ukraine.

The purpose of the qualification work is to assess the current state of the infrastructure of the stock market of Ukraine, as well as to identify the main ways of its effective development in the conditions of martial law and after the war period.

The formulated goal for its achievement determines the setting of the following tasks: to consider the economic essence of the components and features of the development of the infrastructure of the stock market; determine the essence of the country's stock market, its role and principles of organization; to analyze the normative and legal regulation of the activities of the participants of the stock market of Ukraine; to investigate the history of the formation of the domestic and world stock market; analyze the current state of the domestic stock market; analyze modern models of construction of accounting and settlement infrastructure of the securities market; to investigate the experience of foreign countries in the development of the stock market; consider prospects for the development of the stock market of Ukraine; determine directions for improving the efficiency of the functioning of the Ukrainian stock market.

Research methods: abstract-logical, theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, modeling and formalization, comparative analysis, etc.

The results obtained: the main trends and factors of the development of the modern structure of the Ukrainian stock market were identified and systematized, its specific features were revealed; substantiated directions for the development of the stock market of Ukraine, taking into account international experience and globalization processes in the world financial system.

The obtained results can have significant practical significance for both professional market participants and private investors. The proposed scientific regulations and practical recommendations can be used by the state regulatory bodies of the stock market when limiting or stimulating the investment activity of stock market participants by influencing certain factors in the socio-economic system.
