Небанківські фінансово-кредитні установи в фінансовій системі України

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 107 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 11 таблиць, 18 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела, з них 7 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є діяльність небанківських фінансово-кредитних установ в фінансовій системі України. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні засади, методичні підходи та економічні та інституційні особливості функціонування небанківських фінансово-кредитних установ з урахуванням сучасних реалій національної економіки Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретико-методичних засад, науково-методичних підходів та практичних рекомендацій щодо забезпечення ефективного функціонування та розвитку небанківських фінансово-кредитних установ в фінансовій системі України. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово- економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: 1) проаналізовано діяльність страхових компаній, недержавних пенсійних фондів та кредитних спілок на ринку фінансових послуг; 2) узагальнено стратегічні напрями розвитку небанківських фінансово-кредитних установ; 3) удосконалено інструментарій державного регулювання та нагляду за ринком небанківських фінансових послуг, через ідентифікацію проблем функціонування ринку, пошук шляхів вирішення окреслених проблем та визначення перспектив подальшого розвитку. Значення результатів кваліфікаційної роботи магістра полягає у тому, що розроблені рекомендації сприятимуть розвитку небанківських фінансово- кредитних установ в фінансовій системі України.

The object of the research is the activity of non-bank financial and credit institutions in the financial system of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations, methodological approaches and economic and institutional features of the functioning of non-bank financial and credit institutions, taking into account the modern realities of the national economy The purpose of the qualification work is s the development of theoretical and methodological foundations, scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for ensuring the effective functioning and development of non-bank financial and credit institutions in the financial system of Ukraine. Research methods: logical generalization, deductive, financial-economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. During the study of the theoretical aspects of the functioning of non-bank financial and credit institutions, it was determined the place of non-banking credit and financial institutions in the financial system of Ukraine and outline the problems of functioning of non-banking credit and financial institutions The analysis of the activities of insurance companies, non-state pension funds and credit unions in the market of financial services. Тhe strategic directions of development of non-bank financial and credit institutions are summarized, namely: financial stability, macroeconomic development, financial inclusion, development of financial markets and innovative development. Each direction has its own strategic cells and performance indicators. Тhe toolkit of state regulation and monitoring of the market of non-banking financial services has been improved, through the identification of market functioning problems in the system, the search for ways to solve the outlined problems and the determination of prospects for further development. The significance of the results of the master's qualification work is that the developed recommendations will contribute to the development of non-bank financial and credit institutions in the financial system of Ukraine.
