Стратегія формування фінансових ресурсів ПАТ «Концерн Хлібпром»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 100 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 32 таблиці, 10 рисунків, 7 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є стратегія формування фінансових ресурсів ПАТ «Концерн Хлібпром». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних аспектів стратегії формування фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретико-методичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення стратегія формування фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Відповідно до теми було сформовано завдання з теоретичних аспектів дослідити стратегію формування фінансових ресурсів підприємства, з практичних аспектів дослідити фінансові ресурси аналізованого підприємства і надати рекомендації щодо удосконалення їх організації. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово- економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: 1) проведено діагностику стратегії формування фінансових ресурсів підприємства, а також проаналізовано ефективність використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства; 2) запропоновано ефективне управління рухом і оборотністю дебіторської і кредиторської заборгованості як важливою умовою забезпечення своєчасного фінансування оборотних коштів; 3) удосконалено управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства на основі моделі формування фінансового стану, яка базується на нормативі динаміки. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами для покращення стратегії формування фінансових ресурсів.

The object of the research is is the strategy of formation of financial resources of PJSC «Concern Khlibprom» The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of the strategy of the formation of financial resources of the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification work is the development of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and the development of practical recommendations for improving the strategy of the formation of financial resources of the enterprise. Research methods: logical generalization, deductive, financial-economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. In accordance with the topic, the task was formed from theoretical aspects to investigate the strategy of the formation of financial resources of the enterprise (determine the essence and consider the classification of the company's financial resources; to consider the sources of formation of financial resources of the enterprise; to systematize methodical approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the formation of financial resources of the enterprise), from practical aspects to investigate the financial resources of the analyzed enterprise and to provide recommendations for improving their organization. Obtained results: 1) diagnostics of the company's financial resources formation strategy were carried out, as well as the effectiveness of the use of the company's financial resources was analyzed; 2) effective management of the movement and turnover of receivables and payables is proposed as an important condition for ensuring timely financing of working capital; 3) the management of the company's financial resources has been improved on the basis of the model of the formation of the financial state, which is based on the normative dynamics. The results of the research can be applied by enterprises to improve the strategy of formation of financial resources.
