Санаційний аудит та фінансове забезпечення розвитку АТ «УКРЗАЛІЗНИЦЯ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 116 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 21 таблицю, 14 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 89 джерел, них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є фінансово-економічні відносини, що виникають у процесі проведення санаційного аудиту, санації та реорганізації. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні положення щодо планування, координації та проведення санаційного аудиту та підприємстві, а також використання методів покращення фінансового стану суб’єкта господарювання, який знаходиться на межі банкрутства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток теоретико- методичних та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення проведення санаційного аудиту, а також варіанти фінансового забезпечення в ринкових умовах господарювання. Методи дослідження: метод синтезу; наукової абстракції; логічного узагальнення; історико-логічний метод; систематизації; методи статистичного; графічного аналізу; горизонтальний та вертикальний аналіз, порівняльний аналіз, аналіз фінансових коефіцієнтів, факторний фінансовий аналіз; метод зведення, діагностика кризового стану підприємства та інші. Систематизовано проблеми та виявлено можливості покращення фінансового становища АТ «Укрзалізниця», проаналізовано санаційну спроможність, фінансові показники, виробничо-господарський стан та фінансове забезпечення. Виявлено, що підприємство АТ «Укрзалізниця» потребує проведення реструктуризації, суть якої полягатиме у створенні холдингової структури.

The object of the research is the financial and economic relations that arise in the process of carrying out a remedial audit, remediation and reorganization. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical provisions regarding the planning, coordination and conduct of a remedial audit and the enterprise, as well as the use of methods to improve the financial condition of a business entity that is on the verge of bankruptcy. The purpose of the master's qualification work is the development of theoretical and methodological and practical recommendations for the improvement of the rehabilitation audit, as well as options for financial support in market conditions of business. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks were set and solved in the work: - the economic essence of the concepts "audit" and "remedial audit" is determined; - scientific-methodical approaches to the remediation plan, the expediency of its preparation before the remediation audit were considered; - the mechanism of carrying out a remedial audit, as well as methods and approaches, were analyzed; - a general description of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" is provided; - an analysis of the financial and economic and production spheres of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" was carried out; - investment support for the development of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" was analyzed; - the economic efficiency of the development of the rehabilitation plan as a method of rehabilitation of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" is substantiated; - a SWOT analysis of possible causes of the crisis was carried out; - the financial support of the enterprise was considered, as well as the shortcomings of each of the sources were highlighted; - approaches to improving financial support for development in war conditions are considered. Research methods by which the above tasks will be performed: synthesis method; scientific abstraction; logical generalization; historical-logical method; systematization; statistical methods; graphical analysis; horizontal and vertical analysis, comparative analysis, analysis of financial ratios, factor financial analysis; compilation method, diagnosis of the crisis state of the enterprise and others. The problems were systematized and opportunities to improve the financial situation of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" were identified, the rehabilitation capacity, financial indicators and production and economic condition were analyzed. It was revealed that JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" needs restructuring, the essence of which will be the creation of a holding structure.
