Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 133 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 16 рисунків, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 78 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси оцінки і діагностики фінансової стійкості підприємства ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь» ім. А.М. Кузьміна». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу оцінювання та діагностики стану фінансової стійкості підприємства. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо забезпечення і підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність фінансової стійкості підприємства; 2) провести аналіз економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) удосконалено механізм управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства; 2) розроблено та обгрунтовано впровадження антикризових заходів для забезпечення фінансової стійкості підприємства; 3) запропоновано механізм управління фінансовим ризиком як засіб забезпечення фінансової стійкості підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо забезпечення і підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.

The object of study is processes of assessment and diagnosis of the financial stability of the enterprise PJSC «Electrometallurgical plant «Dniprospetsstal» by A.M. Kuzmin». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to the organization of the process of assessment and diagnosis of the financial stability of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is the analysis of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and the development of practical recommendations for ensuring and increasing the financial stability of the enterprise. Tasks: 1) the mechanism of managing the financial stability of the enterprise has been improved; 2) the implementation of anti-crisis measures to ensure the financial stability of the enterprise is developed and substantiated; 3) a financial risk management mechanism is proposed as a means of ensuring the financial stability of the enterprise, namely, the mechanism of managing the financial stability of the enterprise in modern conditions has been improved. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the mechanism of managing the financial stability of the enterprise has been improved; 2) the implementation of anti- crisis measures to ensure the financial stability of the enterprise is developed and substantiated; 3) a financial risk management mechanism is proposed as a means of ensuring the financial stability of the enterprise. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals for ensuring and increasing the financial stability of the enterprise PJSC «Electrometallurgical Plant «Dniprospetsstal» by A.M. Kuzmin» can be used in its practical activities. The results of the study are aimed at evaluating and improving the mechanism for ensuring the financial stability of an industrial enterprise PJSC «Electrometallurgical plant «Dniprospetsstal» by A.M. Kuzmin» and can be implemented in the practice of other industrial enterprises. The proposed recommendations on increasing the financial stability of the enterprise in the conditions of the crisis at PrJSC are of practical importance. The results of the research can be used by the heads of financial divisions of industrial enterprises PJSC «Electrometallurgical plant «Dniprospetsstal» by A.M. Kuzmin» to develop tactical and strategic solutions, which will allow to optimize their production, financial and investment activities.
