Фінансові аспекти відновлення аграрного сектору України в повоєнний період

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 111 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 7 таблиць, 40 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 31 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є економічні процеси фінансового спрямування, які впливають та забезпечують реалізацію економічного відновлення аграрного сектору в кризовий період. Предметом дослідження є діяльність аграрних підприємств та заходи країн-членів ЄС в процесі відновлення економіки під впливом звичайних та кризових явищ. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є дослідження стану економічного сектору, виокремлення проблемних аспектів діяльності та формування основних напрямків відновлення економічного потенціалу аграрного сектору. Методи дослідження аналіз і синтез, теоретичне дослідження, методи аналогії, фінансово-економічний, порівняння та ін. Одержані результати виокремлено актуальні напрями відновлення економіки, проаналізовано фінансові показники аграрного сектору, досліджено досвід європейських країн в протидії кризових явищ, визначено напрями адаптації аграрного бізнесу. Результати дослідження виокремлено прогресивні напрями у процесі відновлення економіки аграрного сектору та можуть бути застосовані в формуванні подальших спрямувань економічно розвитку діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств і агросектору загалом.

EN : The work is presented on 111 pages of printed text, contains 7 tables, 40 figures. The list of referеnces includes 71 sources, 31 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is the economic processes of financial direction, which influence and ensure the implementation of economic recovery of the agricultural sector in the crisis period. The subject of the study is the results of agricultural enterprises and measures of the EU member states in the process of economic recovery under the influence of normal and crisis phenomena. In the conditions caused by the war in Ukraine and socio-economic contradictions, modern society faces the need to form a stable agro-industrial sector. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the state of the economic sector, identify problematic aspects of activity and formulate the main directions for restoring the economic climate of the agricultural sector. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, theoretical research, methods of analogy, financial and economic, comparison, etc. Results The article identifies theoretically relevant areas of economic recovery, analyses the financial performance of the agricultural sector, studies the experience of European countries in counteracting crisis phenomena, and identifies areas for adaptation of agricultural business. Among the large number of processes aimed at the recovery of the economy, the main regularity stands out after the recession, when the economy adjusts and restores some of the gains lost during the recession. The results of the study highlight progressive directions in the process of economic recovery of the sector and can be used in shaping further directions of economically developed activities of agricultural enterprises and the agricultural sector as a whole. The main importance of this qualification work is the formation of further directions of economically developed activities of agricultural enterprises and the agricultural sector in general. Based on a practical study of current theoretical data, the state and experience of the EU countries in the agrarian-industrial complex, directions for ensuring the stability and adaptability of the agrarian sector in the conditions of war were formed.
