Кредитування малого та середнього бізнесу АПК України

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 106 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 12 таблиць, 21 рисунок, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерел, з них 4 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес банківського кредитування підприємств АПК. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні засади та методичні підходи до банківського кредитування малих та середніх підприємств АПК. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є поглиблення теоретичних засад банківського кредитування малих та середніх підприємств АПК, та розробка методичних підходів і практичних рекомендацій щодо його удосконалення в Україні. Методологічною основою дослідження є фундаментальні поло- ження економічної теорії, теорії фінансів і банківської справи. У процесі дослідження були застосовані такі загальні та конкретні наукові методи дослідження, як: системний підхід, методи логічного узагальнення та порівняння, наукової абстракції; методи статистичного та графічного аналізу; економіко-математичного моделювання; методи синтезу, логічного узагальнення, аналогій. Одержані результати: встановлено, що для безперервності відтворювального процесу в сільськогосподарській сфері важливе значення відіграє запровадження прогресивних механізмів банківського кредитування. Визначено шляхи вдосконалення банківського кредитування малих та середніх сільськогосподарських підприємств України, з урахуванням іноземного досвіду. Результати дослідження, висновки і методичні рекомендації кваліфікаційної роботи можуть бути застосовані малими та середніми підприємствами АПК в процесі банківського кредитування підприємств.

EN : The work is presented on 106 pages of printed text, contains 12 tables, 21 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 701 sources, 4 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of bank crediting of agro-industrial complex enterprises. The subject of the research is the theoretical foundations and methodical approaches to bank lending to small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises. The purpose of the qualification work is to deepen the theoretical foundations of bank lending to small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, and to develop methodological approaches and practical recommendations for its improvement in Ukraine. The methodological basis of the research is the fundamental provisions of economic theory, theory of finance and banking. In the research process, such general and specific scientific research methods were applied as: systematic approach, methods of logical generalization and comparison, scientific abstraction; methods of statistical and graphical analysis; economic and mathematical modeling; methods of synthesis, logical generalization, analogies. In the course of the research, the following general and specific scientific methods of research were used such as: systematic approach, methods of logical generalization and comparison, scientific abstraction - to clarify the theoretical principles of banking lending of agricultural enterprises;methods of statistical and graphical analysis - for assessing the current state of bank lending of agricultural enterprises; economic-mathematical modeling - to determine the impact of the aggregate of factors on the level of problem debt on loans to enterprises agribusiness; methods of synthesis, logical generalization, analogies - in developing methodological approaches to improving bank lending of agricultural enterprises. Obtained results: it was established that the introduction of progressive bank crediting mechanisms is important for the continuity of the reproductive process in the agricultural sector. Ways to improve bank crediting of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises of Ukraine, taking into account foreign experience, have been

determined. The results of the research, conclusions and methodological recommendations of the qualification work can be applied by small and medium-sized agro-industrial complex enterprises in the process of bank lending to enterprises.
