Фінансова система України як складова національної безпеки

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 107 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 29 таблиць, 16 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 86 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єкт дослідження  фінансова система України. Предмет дослідження  сукупність теоретико-методичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із функціонуванням фінансової системи україни. Метою роботи є узагальнення, поглиблення і розвиток засад функціонування фінансової системи України як складової економічної безпеки. Методи досліджень: діалектичний; системний, комплексний та структурно- функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, аналітичний; математичного моделювання. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів визначається такими основними положеннями: ̶ узагальнено теоретичні засади функціонування фінансової системи України; ̶ побудована економіко-математична модель стійкості фінансової системи України. Практичне значення мають розробки щодо напрямків вдосконалення фінансової системи України.

EN : The work is presented on 107 pages of printed text, contains 29 tables, 16 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 86 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The financial system of the state is an important indicator and basis for sustainable economic development of the country and its economic security. The efficiency of the economy depends on the stability and quality of management of the country's financial system. Analyzing the role of the financial system in ensuring the economic security of the country, it can be argued that it is expedient to conduct a comprehensive study of the principles of functioning of the financial system of Ukraine. In modern conditions, during hostilities, the issue of stable and normal functioning of the financial system of Ukraine is especially relevant. The object of the research is the social relations that arise during the functioning of the financial system of Ukraine. The subject of the research is the principles of functioning of the financial system of Ukraine. Purpose and objectives of the study. The purpose of the qualification work is a comprehensive study of the essence and features of the principles of functioning of the financial system of Ukraine in modern conditions and directions for their improvement. To achieve this goal, the following main tasks are set in the work: – to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the concept of the financial system; – to analyze the state of the components of the financial system of Ukraine in wartime; – to assess the stability and security of the financial system of Ukraine in modern conditions; –– to develop proposals and recommendations for improving the financial system of Ukraine. Research methods. To achieve the purpose of the work and ensure the scientific objectivity and validity of its results, a number of general and special methods of scientific knowledge were used: dialectical; systematic, complex and structural- functional approach, quantitative analysis, analytical; mathematical modeling. information basis of the qualification work is informational, periodical and reference publications, statistical materials. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that the work is one of the first attempts to comprehensively, using modern methods of scientific cognition, to determine the essence and features of the functioning of the financial system of ukraine. An economic and mathematical model of stability of the financial system of ukraine has been built. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the fact that the conclusions and proposals presented in the work are of both scientific-theoretical and practical interest and can be used in the research and practical spheres.
