Оцінювання фінансового потенціалу відновлення платоспроможності АТ «ДАРНИЦЬКИЙ ЗЗБК»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 102 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 31 таблицю, 26 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління фінансовим забезпеченням діяльності підприємства АТ «ДАРНИЦЬКИЙ ЗЗБК». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів формування та використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Метою роботи є оцінювання рівня фінансового потенціалу підприємства в системі забезпечення його платоспроможності. Завдання: 1) аналіз літературних даних щодо питань формування та управління фінансовим потенціалом підприємства; 2) оцінка діяльності підприємства АТ «ДАРНИЦЬКИЙ ЗЗБК»; 3) оцінка ефективності формування та використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства; 4) розробка рекомендацій щодо підвищення рівня фінансового потенціалу АТ «ДАРНИЦЬКИЙ ЗЗБК» Методи досліджень: методи систематизація та узагальнення, аналізу, синтезу, індукції та дедукції, метод групувань, графічний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) удосконалено методичний інструментарій стратегії управління фінансовим потенціалом; 2) обґрунтовано модель оптимізації структури балансу підприємства в системі відновлення його платоспроможності. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо формування та ефективного управління фінансовим потенціалом можуть бути використані в діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

EN : The work is presented on 102 pages of printed text, contains 31 tables, 26 figures, 2 annex. The list of references includes 70 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the processes of managing the financial support of the enterprise Darnitskyi Factory of Reinforced Concrete Structures JSC. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to assess the level of the financial potential of the enterprise in the system of ensuring its solvency. Tasks: 1) analysis of literary data on issues of formation and management of the financial potential of the enterprise; 2) assessment of the activities of Darnitskyi Factory of Reinforced Concrete Structures JSC; 3) assessment of the effectiveness of the formation and use of financial resources of the enterprise; 4) development of recommendations to increase the level of financial potential of Darnitskyi Factory of Reinforced Concrete Structures JSC Research methods: During the research, the following general scientific methods were used: systematization and generalization (when studying the essence of the concept of «financial potential» and considering the classification features of financial potential); system analysis (when determining the elements of the enterprise's financial support management system); methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, grouping method, graphic. The obtained results and their novelty: the methodological toolkit of the company's financial potential management strategy has been improved, which is based on taking into account the interrelationships, interdependence and mutual influence between the general system of strategic management and its component - financial potential; the substantiation of models for optimizing the structure of the company's balance sheet in the system of restoring its solvency has gained further development. The proposed practical recommendations are aimed at improving the efficiency of the enterprise's financial management, which will improve the level of financial condition and the efficiency of resource use. The obtained results can be used by enterprises in the improvement of financial potential management tools.
