Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 127 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 29 таблиць, 15 рисунків, 8 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 81 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є організаційно-економічні процеси оптимізації механізму управління прибутком підприємства ПрАТ «Запорізький завод важкого кранобудування». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу оптимізації механізму управління прибутком підприємства з метою покращення його фінансового стану. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз та поглиблення теоретико- методологічних засад і розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення механізму управління прибутком на підприємстві ПрАТ «Запорізький завод важкого кранобудування». Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та значення прибутку в діяльності підприємства; 2) провести аналіз економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо вдосконалення механізму управління прибутком підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації політики управління прибутком на підприємстві; 2) розроблено та обгрунтовано заходи щодо оптимізації витрат підприємства; 3) обгрунтовано заходи щодо збільшення прибутку підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо оптимізації управління прибутком підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.

The object of the study is the organizational and economic processes of optimization of the profit management mechanism of the PJSC «Zaporizhzhya Heavy Crane Plant». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to the organization of the process of optimizing the mechanism of the company's profit management in order to improve its financial condition. The purpose of the qualification work is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations for improving the profit management mechanism at PJSC «Zaporizhzhya Heavy Crane Plant». Tasks: 1) determine the essence and meaning of profit in the enterprise; 2) conduct an analysis of the economic indicators of the enterprise; 3) develop measures to improve the mechanism of enterprise profit management. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) recommendations for optimizing the company's profit management policy were developed; 2) measures to optimize the company's costs were developed and substantiated; 3) measures to increase the company's profit are substantiated. Practical significance of the obtained results. Suggestions for optimizing the company's profit management can be used in its practical activities.The proposals and recommendations for optimizing the capital structure of the enterprise in order to improve its financial condition can be used in the practice of industrial enterprises.

Profit management of an industrial enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhzhya Heavy Crane Plant» can be implemented in the practice of other industrial enterprises. The proposed recommendations regarding the organization and activation of investment processes at PJSC «Zaporizhzhya Heavy Crane Plant» are of practical importance and will allow managers to make effective management decisions regarding the optimization of the company's profit.
