Розвиток ринку похідних цінних паперів в Україні

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 100 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 18 таблиць, 17 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 80 джерел, з них 8 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси функціонування ринку похідних фінансових інструментів в Україні. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні положення та науково-методичні підходи забезпечення розвитку похідних фінансових інструментів в Україні. Метою роботи є дослідження теоретико-методичних засад становлення та розвитку ринку похідних цінних паперів в Україні. Завдання: 1) аналіз літературних даних щодо сутності похідних фінансових інструментів; 2) дослідження стану вітчизняного ринку похідних фінансових інструментів; 3) розробка рекомендацій щодо напряму розвитку ринку похідних фінансових інструментів. Методи досліджень: методи систематизація та узагальнення, аналізу, синтезу, індукції та дедукції, метод групувань, графічний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) узагальнено етапи становлення ринку похідних фінансових інструментів в Україні; 2) визначено основні напрями розвитку ринку похідних фінансових інструментів з урахування світового досвіду та процесів цифровізації. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. рекомендації полягають в обґрунтованості та спрямованості теоретичних положень і підходів, що сприятиме поглибленню теоретичних засад щодо розвитку вітчизняного ринку похідних фінансових інструментів.

EN : The work is presented on 100 pages of printed text, contains 18 tables, 17 figures. The list of referеnces includes 80 sources, 8 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the functioning of the derivative financial instruments market in Ukraine. The subject of the study is the theoretical provisions and scientific and methodological approaches of ensuring the development of derivative financial instruments in Ukraine. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and development of the derivative securities market in Ukraine. Tasks: 1) analysis of literary data on the essence of derivative financial instruments; 2) research on the state of the domestic market of derivative financial instruments; 3) development of recommendations regarding the direction of development of the derivative financial instruments market. During the research, the following general scientific methods were used: systematization and generalization (when studying the economic essence of «derivative financial instruments» and considering their classification features); system analysis (when researching the derivatives market); methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, grouping method, graphic. The information base of the research was legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine regulating the functioning of the stock market, reporting data of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market, the National Commission for State Regulation in the Field of Financial Services Markets, as well as monographic studies and articles of domestic and foreign authors. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is determined by the following basic provisions: the stages of formation of the derivative financial instruments market in Ukraine are summarized, taking into account the stage of its adaptation to international standards; the main directions of the development of the derivative

financial instruments market have been formed, taking into account world experience and digitalization processes. The proposed practical recommendations are based on the validity and orientation of theoretical provisions and approaches, which will contribute to the deepening of the theoretical foundations for the development of the domestic market of derivative financial instruments.
