Забезпечення фінансової безпеки ПрАТ «ЗАПОРІЗЬКИЙ ЗАВОД ВАЖКОГО КРАНОБУДУВАННЯ» на засадах контролінгу

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 141 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 23 таблиці, 14 рисунків, 8 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 81 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси забезпечення фінансової безпеки ПрАТ «Запорізький завод важкого кранобудування» на засадах контролінгу. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства з метою покращення його фінансового стану. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо оцінки та підвищення фінансової безпеки підприємства на засадах контролінгу. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та значення фінансової безпеки в діяльності підприємства; 2) провести аналіз фінансово-економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо оптимального забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи поточного управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства в умовах економічної нестабільності; 2) розроблено та обгрунтовано застосування технології антисипативного управління на підприємстві; 3) запропоновано механізм удосконалення системи контролінгу задля підвищення рівня фінансової безпеки підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.

EN : The work is presented on 141 pages of printed text, contains 23 tables, 14 figures, 8 annex. The list of referеnces includes 81 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the processes of ensuring financial security of PJSC «Zaporizhzhia Heavy Crane Construction Plant». The subject of the research is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to the organization of the process of ensuring the financial security of the enterprise in order to improve its financial condition. The purpose of the work is the analysis of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and the development of practical recommendations for increasing the financial security of the enterprise. Tasks: 1) determine the essence and significance of financial security in the enterprise's activities; 2) conduct an analysis of the financial and economic indicators of the enterprise; 3) develop measures to optimally ensure the financial security of the enterprise. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) recommendations were developed for improving the system of current management of the company's financial security in conditions of economic instability; 2) the application of anticipatory management technology at the enterprise is developed and substantiated; 3) a mechanism for improving the controlling system is proposed in order to increase the level of financial security of the enterprise. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals for ensuring the financial security of the enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhzhia Heavy Crane Construction Plant» can be used in its practical activities. The results of the study are aimed at assessing and ensuring the financial security of the industrial enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhzhia Heavy Crane Construction Plant» and can be implemented in the practice of other industrial enterprises. The results of the research can be used by the heads of financial divisions of industrial enterprises to develop tactical and strategic solutions for maintaining financial security, which will allow optimizing their production, financial and investment activities.
