Розробка управлінських рішень щодо оптимізації організаційної структури і чисельності персоналу ТОВ «Капіталпромресурс»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 101 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 6 таблиць, 19 рисунків, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань включає 50 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є комбінат ТОВ «Капіталпромресурс». Предметом дослідження є оптимізація організаційної структури і чисельності персоналу ТОВ «Капіталпромресурс»». Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у визначенні основних напрямків оптимізації організаційної структури і чисельності персоналу ТОВ «Капіталпромресурс». Відповідно до поставленої мети в роботі поставлено такі завдання:  Досліджено основи організаційної структури підприємства  Проаналізовано стилі та методи управління чисельністю персоналу  Виявлено основні проблеми організаційної структури підприємства  Проаналізована організаційно–фінансова характеристика компанії ТОВ «Капіталпромресурс»  Проведено аналіз організаційної структури та чисельності персоналу ТОВ «Капіталпромресурс»  Виявлені проблемні аспекти управління персоналом у ТОВ «Капіталпромресурс»  Запропоновано пропозиції щодо оптимізації організаційної структури  Проведена розробка стратегій оптимізації чисельності персоналу  Наведено очікувані результати та рекомендації щодо оптимізації чисельності персоналу. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в удосконаленні елементів стратегії оптимізації організаційної структури підприємства, яка, на відміну від існуючих, базується на аналізі патологій в управлінні персоналом.

The object of the study is the plant "Kapitalpromresurs" LLC. The subject of the study is the optimization of the organizational structure and number of personnel of LLC "Kapitalpromresurs".
