Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 108 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 21 таблицю, 26 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 96 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є соціально-економічні процеси забезпечення стабільного функціонування та розвитку регіонального ринку праці в регіоні в умовах сучасних викликів. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є поглиблення теоретико-методичного обґрунтування процесу функціонування регіонального ринку праці і розробці практичних рекомендацій, спрямованих на вдосконалення цих процесів/ Відповідно до поставленої мети в роботі вирішені такі завдання: – досліджено поняття ринку праці, його елементів та функції; – визначено нормативно-правове забезпечення попиту та пропозиції на ринку праці; – проаналізовано сучасні тенденції попиту і пропозиції на ринку праці в Запорізькому регіоні; – здійснено аналіз оплати праці в Запорізькому регіоні; – запропоновано перспективну оцінку чисельності і структури населення в Запорізькому регіоні; – визначено інноваційні підходи до врегулювання ринку праці в Запорізькому регіоні; Методологічною основою наукового дослідження є закони діалектичного пізнання, фундаментальні положення економічної теорії. Обґрунтування теоретико – методологічних положень і прикладних результатів здійснювалося на принципах системного підходу, метод порівняльного аналізу, статистичні методи, графічні методи, синергетичний метод, економіко-математичні методи.

The object of research is the socio-economic processes of ensuring the stable functioning and development of the regional labor market in the region in the context of modern challenges. The purpose of the qualification work is to deepen the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the process of functioning of the regional labor market and to develop practical recommendations aimed at improving these processes and forming mechanisms to support the development of the regional labor market. In accordance with this goal, the paper solves the following tasks: – to study the concept of the labor market, its elements and functions; – methodological approaches to the study of the regional labor market are investigated; – analyzed the current trends of supply and demand in the labor market in Zaporizhzhia region; – innovative approaches to the regulation of the labor market in the Zaporizhzhia region are determined; The methodological basis of the research is the laws of dialectical cognition and the fundamental principles of economic theory. The substantiation of theoretical and methodological positions and applied results was carried out on the principles of a systematic approach, using general scientific and special methods of research of economic processes: the method of comparative analysis, statistical methods, graphical methods, synergistic method, economic and mathematical methods. In the course of the study, the following scientific results were obtained, which are characterized by scientific novelty: improved: – the use of the extrapolation method for forecasting the number of unemployed, the number of vacancies, and the average salary, taking into account the trends in the labor market; further developed: – methodological approaches to the study of the regional labor market as a system with "input" and "output" parameters using primary measurement features; – components of the state policy on the use of innovative approaches to the regulation of the labor market and the development of the youth labor market, taking into account the current conditions and challenges of the labor market functioning, which will help to overcome tensions in the employment sector of the region; The results obtained and the recommendations developed constitute a methodological basis for balancing the supply and demand of the regional labor market and identifying promising areas for its development. The conclusions and recommendations presented in the master's thesis can be used in the work of employment centers in Zaporizhzhia region, which will increase the efficiency of current management, forecasting of labor market indicators, and prospects for regional development.
