Особливості управління персоналом у військовій частині ЗСУ

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 103 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 14 таблиць, 6 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 79 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об'єктом дослідження є діяльність кадрової служби у військових частинах ЗСУ. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження сутності та ролі управління кадрами та обґрунтування рекомендацій, щодо управління персоналом у військових частинах Збройних Сил України. Відповідно до поставленої мети в роботі вирішені такі завдання: визначити сутність управління персоналом; дослідити зарубіжний досвід управління персоналом; визначити особливості організації та проведення кадрової роботи у військових частинах ЗСУ; провести аналіз діяльності кадрового забезпечення у військовій частині «А-0358» ЗСУ; дати оцінку управління персоналом військової частини «А-0358» ЗСУ; скласти пропозиції щодо удосконалення процесу роботи кадрової служби у військовій частині «А-0358» ЗСУ. Під час виконання кваліфікаційної роботи застосовуються принципи системного та логічного змістового аналізу, порівняльний, порівняльний, історичний методи у вивченні процесів та об’єктів. У процесі дослідження отримано такі наукові результати: розроблено систему методів управління персоналом; розкрито теоретико-методичні засади управління персоналом; розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення процесу роботи кадрової служби у військовій частині ЗСУ. Практичне значення має оцінка особливостей управління персоналом та розроблені пропозиції щодо удосконалення роботи кадрової служби ЗСУ.

EN : The work is presented on 103 pages of printed text, contains 14 tables, 6 figures, 6 annex. The list of referеnces includes 79 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the activity of the personnel service in the military units of the Armed Forces. The purpose of the qualification work is the study of the essence and role of personnel management and the justification of recommendations regarding personnel management in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In accordance with the set goal, the following tasks were solved in the work: determine the essence of personnel management: concepts, functions, principles;  describe methods and functions of management in a state institution;  to study the foreign experience of personnel management in the military unit;  conduct an analysis of the legal and normative and methodological support of personnel management of the military unit "A-0358" of the Armed Forces;  determine the peculiarities of the organization and conduct of personnel work in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;  conduct an analysis of personnel support activities in the military unit "A-0358" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;  give an assessment of the personnel management of the military unit "A-0358" of the Armed Forces;  determine and make proposals for improving the work process of the personnel service in the military unit "A-0358" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the course of the study, the following scientific results were obtained, which are characterized by scientific novelty - a system of personnel management methods has been developed; - the theoretical and methodological foundations of personnel management are revealed; further development of the system: - proposals for improving the process of work of the personnel service in a military unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.Of practical importance is the assessment of personnel management features and developed proposals for improving the work process of the personnel service in the military part of the Armed Forces. During the qualification work, the methods and principles used in the process analysis of the economy of scientific knowledge are applied: principles of systematic and logical content analysis, comparative, comparative, historical methods in the study of processes and objects.
