Удосконалення організації робочих місць персоналу Запорізького НДЕКЦ МВС України

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 102 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 7 таблиць, 6 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації робочих місць персоналу Запорізького НДЕКЦ МВС України. Предметом дослідження є методичні підходи та принципи вдосконалення ризик-орієнтованого механізму забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки банків. Метою магістерської роботи є узагальнення та розвиток методичних підходів і принципів щодо вдосконалення організації робочих місць персоналу Запорізького НДЕКЦ МВС України. Виходячи з цієї мети, були розроблені такі основні завдання дослідження: визначені домінантні тенденції в управлінні персоналом щодо організації робочих місць в умовах трансформацій; проаналізовані сучасні підходи до організації робочих місць та їх планування; досліджені можливості забезпечення ефективності в організації робочих місць персоналу; наведена організаційна характеристика Запорізького НДЕКЦ МВС України; здійснений аналіз фінансово-економічних показників Запорізького НДЕКЦ МВС України; виявлений вплив інноваційних технологій і пільг на організацію робочих місць Запорізького НДЕКЦ МВС України; обґрунтовані можливості створення цифрових робочих місць і забезпечення їх ефективності; опрацьовані процеси атестації в організації робочих місць персоналу Запорізького НДЕКЦ МВС України. Практичне значення мають обґрунтовані можливості створення цифрових робочих місць і забезпечення їх ефективності, а також опрацьовані процеси атестації в організації робочих місць персоналу Запорізького НДЕКЦ МВС України.

EN : The work is presented on 102 pages of printed text, contains 7 tables, 6 figures, 3 annex. The list of referеnces includes 70 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of organizing the workplaces of the Zaporizhzhia SRFC of the MIA of Ukraine. The subject of the research is methodical approaches and principles of improving the risk-oriented mechanism of ensuring the financial and economic security of banks. The purpose of the master's work is to generalize and develop methodological approaches and principles for improving the organization of workplaces of Zaporizhzhia SRFC of the MIA of Ukraine. Based on this goal, the following main tasks of the research were developed: the dominant trends in personnel management regarding the organization of workplaces in the conditions of transformations were determined; analyzed modern approaches to the organization of workplaces and their planning; researched opportunities to ensure efficiency in the organization of staff workplaces; the organizational characteristics of the Zaporizhzhia SRFC of the MIA of Ukraine are given; an analysis of the financial and economic indicators of the Zaporizhzhia SRFC of the MIA of Ukraine was carried out; revealed the influence of innovative technologies and benefits on the organization of workplaces of the Zaporizhzhia SRFC of the MIA of Ukraine; substantiated opportunities for creating digital workplaces and ensuring their effectiveness; elaborated attestation processes in the organization of workplaces for Zaporizhzhia SRFC of the MIA of Ukraine. The following methods of economic research were used during the master's thesis: abstract-logical, economic-statistical, monographic, etc. The information base of the study consists of financial reporting data of Zaporizhzhia SRFC of the MIA of Ukraine, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, as well as monographic studies and scientific articles by domestic and foreign authors. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is determined by the following basic provisions: improved modern approaches to the organization of workplaces and their planning due to innovative technologies and social benefits; the 5S approach to the organization of workplaces, which is recommended to be implemented in the Zaporizhzhia SRFC of the MIA of Ukraine, gained further development. Reasonable opportunities for creating digital workplaces and ensuring their effectiveness are of practical importance, as well as elaborated certification processes in the organization of workplaces for the staff of the Zaporizhzhia SRFC of the MIA of Ukraine.
