Управління інвестиційною діяльністю ТОВ «Нестле Україна» та шляхи її активізації

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 89 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 10 таблиць, 11 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес підвищення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності ТОВ «Нестле Україна». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних та практичних положень щодо підвищення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності. Метою роботи є аналіз існуючих показників ефективності інвестиційної діяльності підприємства, а також напрямів та способів підвищення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності ТОВ «Нестле Україна». В роботі було проаналізовано показники, які характеризують діяльність підприємства, його загальний фінансово-економічний стан та досліджено показники ефективності інвестиційної діяльності. У результаті аналізу було виявлено, що підприємство веде не достатньо ефективну інвестиційну діяльність. Завдання: 1) аналіз літературних даних щодо інвестиційної діяльності та напрямків її підвищення; 2) оцінка діяльності ТОВ «Нестле Україна»; 3) аналіз ефективної дальності ТОВ «Нестле Україна»; 4) шляхи удосконалення інвестиційної діяльності. Методи досліджень: теоретичні методи, методи економічного й статистичного аналізу, логічні методи. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалення прикладних рекомендацій щодо стратегічного планування інвестиційної діяльності підприємства. Розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності.

EN : The work is presented on 89 pages of printed text, contains 10 tables, 11 figures, 6 annex. The list of referеnces includes 73 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of increasing the efficiency of investment activities of Nestlé Ukraine LLC. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodical and practical provisions on increasing the efficiency of investment activities. The purpose of the work is to analyze the existing indicators of the efficiency of the enterprise's investment activity, as well as directions and methods of increasing the efficiency of the investment activity of Nestlé Ukraine LLC. The work analyzed the indicators that characterize the enterprise's activity, its general financial and economic condition, and investigated the indicators of the efficiency of investment activities. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the company is not conducting sufficiently effective investment activities. However, in order to ensure further development, it is necessary to continue actions on the regional expansion of sales markets, to update the labor incentive system, as well as to introduce risk control in order to level the negative impact of factors on the investment activity of the enterprise. Tasks: 1) analysis of literary data on investment activity and directions for its improvement; 2) assessment of activities of Nestle Ukraine LLC; 3) analysis of the effective range of Nestlé Ukraine LLC; 4) ways to improve investment activity. Research methods: theoretical methods, with the help of which the peculiarities of the application of the organizational and economic mechanism in the management of the efficiency of the enterprise and its tools (means) are revealed; methods of economic and statistical analysis, which made it possible to analyze the efficiency of the researched enterprise, as well as to prove the economic efficiency of the implementation of the developed measures to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of managing its efficiency; logical methods that made it possible to draw the main conclusions of the conducted research. The obtained results and their novelty: improvement of applied recommendations regarding the strategic planning of the enterprise's investment activities. Recommendations for increasing the efficiency of investment activities have been developed.
