Удосконалення корпоративної стратегії управління персоналом на прикладі ДП «АДІДАС-Україна»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 90 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 14 таблиць, 8 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 51 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є ДП «АДІДАС-Україна». Предметом дослідження є корпоративна стратегія управління персоналом ДП «АДІДАС-Україна». Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у визначенні основних напрямків удосконалення корпоративної стратегії управління персоналом на прикладі ДП «АДІДАС-Україна». Відповідно до поставленої мети в роботі вирішені такі завдання: − досліджено сутність корпоративної стратегії підприємства; − розкрито методичні підходи до формування та реалізації корпоративної стратегії; − проаналізовано вплив організаційної культури на реалізацію корпоративної стратегії; − наведено загальну характеристику ДП «АДІДАС-Україна»; − проведено аналіз персоналу ДП «АДІДАС-Україна»; − проаналізовано корпоративну стратегію управління персоналом на прикладі ДП «АДІДАС-Україна»; − досліджено проблеми корпоративного управління ДП «АДІДАС Україна»; − наведено пропозиції по вдосконаленню корпоративної стратегії управління персоналом на прикладі ДП «АДІДАС-Україна». Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що набула подальшого розвитку класифікація негативних факторів, які впливають на корпоративне управління компанією, що може бути використана при розробці напрямків вироблення стратегій адаптації компанії до непередбачуваних сценаріїв. Одержані результати та розроблені рекомендації становлять методичну основу для удосконалення корпоративної стратегії управління персоналом.

EN : The work is presented on 90 pages of printed text, contains 14 tables, 8 figures. The list of referеnces includes 51 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the State Enterprise "ADIDAS-Ukraine". The subject of the research is the corporate strategy of personnel management of SE "ADIDAS-Ukraine". The purpose of the qualification work is to determine the main directions of improvement of the corporate strategy of personnel management on the example of SE "ADIDAS-Ukraine". In accordance with the purpose in the work the following tasks are solved: − the essence of corporate strategy of an enterprise is studied; − methodological approaches to the formation and implementation of corporate strategy are disclosed; − the influence of organizational culture on the implementation of corporate strategy is analyzed; − a general description of the SE "ADIDAS-Ukraine" is given; − analysis of the personnel of SE ADIDAS-Ukraine; − the corporate strategy of personnel management on the example of SE ADIDAS-Ukraine is analyzed; − the problems of corporate governance of the SE "ADIDAS-Ukraine" are investigated; − proposals for improving the corporate strategy of human resources management on the example of SE ADIDAS-Ukraine are presented. Research methods: logical generalization - for summarizing scientific experience on the studied issues and presenting the sequence of provisions of the final qualification work; systematic approach - for studying the theoretical aspects of corporate strategy of personnel management; situational analysis - in developing recommendations for improving the corporate strategy of personnel management on the example of SE "ADIDAS-Ukraine"; expert method - in determining the 6 economic efficiency of the proposed measures to improve the social and psychological conditions of the company. The scientific novelty of the study is that the classification of negative factors affecting corporate governance has been further developed, which can be used in developing directions for developing strategies for adapting the company to unpredictable scenarios. The obtained results and developed recommendations form a methodological basis for improving the corporate strategy of human resources management.
