Організація додаткового навчання персоналу на прикладі ТОВ «ФАЛЬКОН-АВТО»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 91 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 11 таблиць, 5 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 51 джерело, з них 10 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є персонал ТОВ «ФАЛЬКОН-АВТО». Предметом дослідження є організація додаткового навчання персоналу ТОВ «ФАЛЬКОН-АВТО». Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – на основі вивчення теоретичних і практичних аспектів засад організації системи додаткового навчання персоналу розробити заходи щодо вдосконалення організації додаткового навчання персоналу ТОВ «ФАЛЬКОН-АВТО». Відповідно до поставленої мети в роботі вирішені такі завдання: − розкрито значення додаткового навчання персоналу в стратегії розвитку організації; − проаналізувано форми, методи та етапи додаткового навчання персоналу; − досліджено принципи та особливості додаткового навчання персоналу; − дана організаційна характеристика ТОВ «ФАЛЬКОН-АВТО»; − проведено аналіз системи додаткового навчання персоналу в ТОВ «ФАЛЬКОН-АВТО»; − оцінено ефективність системи додаткового навчання персоналу в ТОВ «ФАЛЬКОН-АВТО»; − розроблено проєкт з удосконалення додаткового навчання персоналу в ТОВ «ФАЛЬКОН-АВТО»; − оцінено ефективність розробленого проєкту щодо вдосконалення додаткового навчання. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що було сформульовано модель планування та управління процесом додаткового навчання в організації, яка дозволяє врахувати не лише етапи планування та впровадження додаткового навчання, а й етапи оцінки та визначення впливу навчання на різних рівнях за моделлю Кіркпатріка.

EN : The work is presented on 91 pages of printed text, contains 11 tables, 5 figures. The list of referеnces includes 51 sources, 10 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the staff of FALCON-AUTO LLC. The subject of the study is the organization of additional training of the staff of FALCON-AUTO LLC. The purpose of the qualification work is to develop measures to improve the organization of additional training of the staff of "FALCON-AUTO" LLC based on the study of theoretical and practical aspects of the principles of organization of the system of additional training of personnel. In accordance with the purpose in the work the following tasks are solved: − the importance of additional staff training in the organization's development strategy is revealed; − the forms, methods and stages of additional staff training are analyzed; − the principles and features of additional staff training are studied; − the organizational characteristics of "FALCON-AUTO" LLC are given; − an analysis of the system of additional training of personnel in the "FALCON-AUTO" LLC is carried out; − the effectiveness of the system of additional training of personnel in "FALCON-AUTO" LLC is evaluated; − a project to improve additional training of personnel in FALCON AUTO LLC was developed; − evaluated the effectiveness of the developed project to improve additional training. Research methods: logical generalization, system approach, situational analysis, generalization of theoretical research, questionnaire, expert method. The scientific novelty of the study is that a model for planning and managing the process of additional training in an organization has been formulated, which allows taking into account not only the stages of planning and implementing 6 additional training, but also the stages of evaluating and determining the impact of training at different levels according to the Kirkpatrick model. The obtained results and developed recommendations form a methodological basis for improving the organization of additional training of personnel at enterprises.
