Формування фасилітаційної компетентності майбутнього викладача закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 77 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 2 таблиці, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 41 джерело. Метою роботи є теоретичне обґрунтування педагогічних умов формування фасилітаційної компетентності майбутніх викладачів ЗВО. Об’єкт дослідження: фасилітаційна компетентність майбутнього викладача закладу вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: методи і засоби формування фасилітаційної компетентності майбутнього викладача закладу вищої освіти. У роботі розглянуто загальну характеристику поняття фасилітаційна компетентність, уточнено зміст понять «фасилітація», «компетентність», «педагогічна фасилітація»; обґрунтовано сутність, складові поняття фасилітаційної компетентності майбутнього викладача ЗВО; визначено компоненти, критерії, показники та рівні сформованості фасилітаційної компетентності майбутніх викладачів ЗВО; проаналізовано педагогічні умови формування фасилітаційної компетентності майбутнього викладача ЗВО; розроблено методичні рекомендації щодо формування фасилітаційної компетентності майбутнього викладача ЗВО. Практичне значення роботи полягає у визначенні відповідних форм і видів навчальної роботи, що найбільш ефективно впливають на формування фасилітаційної компетентності майбутніх викладачів ЗВО; у розробці методичних рекомендацій щодо формування у студентів майбутніх викладачів ЗВО фасилітаційної компетентності.

The aim of the work is the theoretical substantiation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of facilitation competence of future teachers of higher education institutions. Object of research: facilitation competence of the future teacher of a higher education institution. The subject of the research: methods and means of forming the facilitation competence of the future teacher of the institution of higher education. The work examines the general characteristics of the concept of facilitation competence, specifies the meaning of the concepts "facilitation", "competence", "pedagogical facilitation"; the essence, constituent concepts of the facilitation competence of the future teacher of higher education institutions are substantiated; the components, criteria, indicators and levels of formation of the facilitation competence of future teachers of higher education institutions are determined; the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the facilitation competence of the future teacher of higher education institutions were analyzed; methodical recommendations were developed for the formation of facilitation competence of the future teacher of higher education institutions. The practical significance of the work consists in determining the appropriate forms and types of educational work that most effectively influence the formation of the facilitation competence of future teachers of higher education institutions; in the development of methodological recommendations for the formation of facilitation competence in students of future teachers of higher education institutions.
