Особливості психологічної роботи зі страхом бійців ЗСУ під час бойових дій

Професійна діяльність бійців ЗСУ часто пов'язана з впливом різноманітних екстремальних факторів, що висуває підвищені вимоги до їх індивідуально-психологічних якостей. Пік цього екстремальної діяльності досягається під час участі бійців ЗСУ у виконанні бойових завдань, коли вони виконують бойові завдання з ризиком для життя та безпосереднього зіткнення з противником. Сучасні бойові дії характеризуються надзвичайною динамікою і небезпечністю бойових ситуацій. Адже бойові дії часто доводиться вести проти переважаючих сил противника, в умовах реальної небезпеки одночасного застосування противником різних видів зброї, в негоду, в різний час доби, через брак інформації про противника в умовах відсутності звичайного режиму сну та відпочинку. Небезпека, перевантаження, перевищення людських можливостей, активність і вогнева активність противника, складність вирішуваних завдань і необхідність максимального навантаження всіх сил знижують боєздатність особового складу і провокують розвиток у бійців ЗСУ негативних психічних станів, відчуття невпевненості, депресії, які можуть виражати через апатію, відчай, занепокоєння, страхи, тривогу і жахи. Участь у бойових діях висуває до людини вимоги, що суперечать її інстинкту самозбереження і змушують діяти всупереч її природним потребам. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає комплексному досліджені виникнення страху у бійців ЗСУ під час бойових дій та наданні технік психологічної роботи зі страхом бійців ЗСУ під час бойових дій.

The professional activity of the soldiers of the Armed Forces is often associated with the influence of various extreme factors, which places increased demands on their individual and psychological qualities. The peak of this extreme activity is reached during the participation of the soldiers of the Armed Forces in the performance of combat missions, when they perform combat missions with the risk of life and direct confrontation with the enemy. Modern combat operations are characterized by extreme dynamics and danger of combat situations. After all, combat operations often have to be conducted against the prevailing forces of the enemy, in conditions of real danger of the simultaneous use of various types of weapons by the enemy, in bad weather, at different times of the day, due to a lack of information about the enemy in the absence of the usual regime of sleep and rest. Danger, overload, exceeding human capabilities, the activity and fire activity of the enemy, the complexity of the tasks to be solved and the need for the maximum load of all forces reduce the combat capacity of the personnel and provoke the development of the soldiers of the Armed Forces of negative mental states, feelings of insecurity, depression, which can be expressed through apathy, despair, worries, fears, anxieties and horrors. Participation in hostilities puts demands on a person that contradict his instinct of self-preservation and force him to act contrary to his natural needs. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the comprehensive study of the emergence of fear in the soldiers of the Armed Forces during combat operations and the provision of techniques for psychological work with the fear of soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces during combat operations.
