Особливості психологічної корекції емоційної сфери особистості в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

У сучасній психології проблема емоцій особистості є найскладнішою. Основна увага дослідників зосереджується на вивчення емоцій як фундаментальної сфери психічного розвитку особистості, як основи її духовного життя, як інтимно сутнісного пласта психіки. Емоційний стан має вікові зміни, які зумовлюють своєрідну поведінку дітей на різних етапах їх розвитку. Підлітковий вік є найбільш емоціогенним, критичним періодом розвитку особистості, адже пов'язаний зі специфічними емоційними труднощами. Він є періодом кризи адаптаційної рівноваги. У зв’язку з цим виникає питання про необхідність врегулювання особливостей емоційного розвитку в підлітковому віці. Часто вважається, що проблеми в емоційній сфері зникають самі собою, і підліток може їх «перерости». Як наслідок, до психолога звертаються тоді, коли у підлітка вже є яскраві прояви емоційного неблагополуччя, за якими часто стоїть складне нашарування проблем. Недарма характер завдань, які нині постають перед психологом у його практичній діяльності, пов'язаний у значній кількості випадків з необхідністю пси¬хологічної корекції емоційної сфери підлітків. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в більш глибокому дослідженні особливостей використання елементів творчих занять у психологічній роботі з емоційною сферою підлітка.

In modern psychology, the problem of personal emotions is the most difficult. The main attention of researchers is focused on the study of emotions as a fundamental sphere of mental development of an individual, as the basis of his spiritual life, as an intimately essential layer of the psyche. The emotional state has age-related changes that determine the peculiar behavior of children at different stages of their development. Adolescence is the most emotional, critical period of personality development, because it is associated with specific emotional difficulties. It is a period of crisis of adaptive equilibrium. In this connection, the question arises about the need to regulate the peculiarities of emotional development in adolescence. It is often believed that problems in the emotional sphere disappear by themselves, and a teenager can "outgrow" them. As a result, a psychologist is consulted when a teenager already has vivid manifestations of emotional distress, behind which there is often a complex layering of problems. It is not for nothing that the nature of the tasks that currently face the psychologist in his practical work is connected in a significant number of cases with the need for psychological correction of the emotional sphere of adolescents. The scientific novelty of the work consists in a more in-depth study of the peculiarities of the use of elements of creative activities in psychological work with the emotional sphere of a teenager.
