Психологічні особливості внутрішньої картини хвороби у поранених з ампутацією внаслідок мінно-вибухових травм

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – внутрішня картини захворювання у поранених з ампутацією внаслідок мінно-вибухових травм. Оскільки в сучасній реальності, і особливо під час війни, не вистачає часу на виконання окремих задач, то мета і завдання практикі були скомбіновані таким чином, щоб практика вирішувала цілий спектр задач. З одного боку проблемою постало усвідомлення необхідності психологічної підтримки Українців, з іншою необхідність закріплення на практиці теоретичних знань за допомогою практикуючих психологів, з третього боку дослідження психологів, як вони працюють, знайомство з їх навичками роботи. Мінно-вибухові травми (МВТ) продовжують залишати серйозну загрозу для безпеки людей у зоні збройного конфлікту. Поранення, що призводять до ампутації, не тільки фізично, а й психологічно впливають на постраждалих. Цьому присвячено дослідження психологічних особливостей внутрішньої картини хвороби у поранених з ампутацією внаслідок МВТ з метою виявлення факторів, що впливають на їх психологічну адаптацію та реабілітацію. Наукова новизна полягає у встановленні психологічних особливостей особистісної, емоційної та мотиваційно-вольової складових внутрішньої картини захворювання у поранених з ампутацією внаслідок мінно-вибухових травм із різною тривалістю стаціонарного лікування.

EN : The work is presented on 49 pages of printed text, 6 tables, 2 figures, 1 appendix. The list of references includes 41 sources. The object of the study is the internal picture of the disease in the wounded with amputation due to mine-explosive injuries. Since in modern reality, and especially during the war, there is not enough time to complete individual tasks, the purpose and tasks of the practice were combined in such a way that the practice solved a whole range of problems. On the one hand, the problem became awareness of the need for psychological support of Ukrainians, on the other hand, the need to consolidate theoretical knowledge in practice with the help of practicing psychologists, on the third hand, the study of psychologists, how they work, getting to know their work skills. Explosive mine injuries (MIE) continue to pose a serious threat to the safety of people in the zone of armed conflict. Injuries that lead to amputation not only affect the victims physically, but also psychologically. This is devoted to the study of psychological features of the internal picture of the disease in wounded with amputation due to MVT with the aim of identifying factors affecting their psychological adaptation and rehabilitation. The scientific novelty consists in establishing the psychological characteristics of the personal, emotional and motivational and volitional components of the internal picture of the disease in wounded with amputation due to mine-explosive injuries with different duration of inpatient treatment.
