Abstract

Стрімкий розвиток дошкільника та багатоаспектність навколишнього середовища, зміни в ролях в соціальному середовищі вимагають від дитини постійної адаптації до всього нового, невідомого. Також становлення особистості дитини у дошкільному віці супроводжується певними психічними змінами в емоційній та поведінковій сферах, але часто це не лише позитивні емоцій, а й деструктивні. Тож часто процеси дорослішання супроводжуються страхами, тривожністю та агресивністю дитини, що негативно позначається на процесі її загального розвитку, пізнавальної діяльності, успішності. А відповідно потребує раннього вияву та корекційної роботи психолога. Одним із ефективних методів для корекції тривожних та агресивних проявів у дітей дошкільного віку є арт-терапія. Проблема дослідження тривожності та агресивності дошкільників, що в більшості випадків, є деструктивним психічним станом дитини, займає особливе місце в психології, є однією із найактуальніших та потребує додаткового дослідження. Все це підтверджує високу актуальність дослідження використання арт-терапії для корекції тривожних та агресивних проявів у дітей дошкільного віку. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що дана робота розширює та поглиблює наявні уявлення про особливості використання арт-терапії для корекції тривожних та агресивних проявів у дітей дошкільного віку.

The rapid development of a preschooler and the multifaceted nature of the environment, changes in roles in the social environment require the child to constantly adapt to everything new and unknown. Also, the formation of a child's personality in preschool age is accompanied by certain mental changes in the emotional and behavioral spheres, but often these are not only positive emotions, but also destructive ones. Therefore, growing up processes are often accompanied by fears, anxiety and aggressiveness of the child, which negatively affects the process of his general development, cognitive activity, and success. And accordingly, it needs early detection and corrective work of a psychologist. One of the effective methods for correcting anxious and aggressive manifestations in preschool children is art therapy. The problem of researching anxiety and aggressiveness of preschoolers, which in most cases is a destructive mental state of the child, occupies a special place in psychology, is one of the most relevant and requires additional research. All this confirms the high relevance of the study of the use of art therapy for the correction of anxious and aggressive manifestations in preschool children. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that this work expands and deepens existing ideas about the peculiarities of using art therapy to correct anxious and aggressive manifestations in preschool children.
