Соціально-психологічна підтримка службовців МЧС під час воєнного стану

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 56 сторінках друкованого тексту, 4 рисунка, 2 таблиці. Перелік посилань включає 33 джерела. Об’єктом дослідження є соціально-психологічна підтримка службовців МЧС. Робота службовців МЧС пов'язана з постійним ризиком і стресом, проходить в умовах великого психофізичного навантаження. Будь-яка помилка чи непрофесіоналізм можуть мати трагічні наслідки. У зв'язку з цим, належна увага повинна приділяється професійній підготовці особового складу МЧС. На прояви стресових розладів, що виникають у службовців МЧС при виконанні професійних завдань під час воєнного стану, впливає постійне бомбардування або його тривожне очікування, невизначеність як найближчого, так і віддаленого майбутнього, як у соціальному, так і в особистісному плані, підвищення ймовірності втрат і пов’язана з ними тривога, постійний страх, розчарування, призводять до значного підвищення психологічних стресів, гострих стресових реакцій, пов'язаних з підвищеною тривожністю та відстороненням від соціальних контактів, агресивність, активність та емоційність, дезадаптивні стани та психологічний дискомфорт, а також відчуття безнадії та відчаю. Найбільш помітними симптомами серед службовців МЧС, які працюють на передовій та у прифронтових містах, є симптоми стресу, дезадаптації та переживання травми. Такі дані свідчать про необхідність соціально-психологічної підтримки службовців МЧС під час воєнного стану. Соціально-психологічна допомога є найефективнішим засобом попередження негативного впливу важкої психологічної травми на психічне здоров’я службовців МЧС під час воєнного стану. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в розробці програми соціально-психологічної підтримки службовців МЧС під час воєнного стану.

The object of the study is the social and psychological support of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The work of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is associated with constant risk and stress, takes place under conditions of great psychophysical stress. Any mistake or unprofessionalism can have tragic consequences. In this regard, due attention should be paid to the professional training of the personnel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Manifestations of stress disorders that occur in employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations during the performance of professional tasks during martial law are influenced by constant bombardment or its anxious anticipation, uncertainty of both the near and distant future, both socially and personally, increasing the probability of losses and associated anxiety, constant fear, frustration, lead to a significant increase in psychological stress, acute stress reactions associated with increased anxiety and withdrawal from social contacts, aggressiveness, activity and emotionality, maladaptive states and psychological discomfort, as well as feelings hopelessness and despair. Symptoms of stress, maladjustment, and trauma are the most prominent symptoms among emergency workers working on the front lines and in front-line cities. Such data indicate the need for socio-psychological support for employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations during martial law. Social and psychological assistance is the most effective means of preventing the negative impact of severe psychological trauma on the mental health of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations during martial law. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the development of a program of social and psychological support for employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations during martial law.
