Відповідальність як складова професіоналізму фахівців авіаційної галузі

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження обумовлена вимогами світового та національного ринку праці, адже досягнення довгострокових економічних цілей держави залежить від компетентності фахівців і створення потужного кадрового резерву в сфері авіаційних технологій. Підвищення продуктивності та оптимізація роботи фахівців можливі завдяки більш активному й відповідальному ставленню до завдань, процесу та результатів їхньої діяльності. Для фахівців в галузі авіаційних технологій важливість високого рівня професійної відповідальності є надзвичайною, оскільки їх діяльність пов’язана з великою складністю. Процес розробки та операційного використання складних технічних систем, таких як літальні апарати, повинен бути максимально надійним і безпечним для людей і навколишнього середовища. У зв’язку з цим важливо створити психологічні умови для розвитку професійної відповідальності фахівців у галузі авіаційних технологій. Наукова новизна дослідження полягають у тому, що: теоретично дoслiджeнo специфіку відповідальності фахівців авіаційної галузі як складової професіоналізму; розроблено структурну модель професійної відповідальності фахівців авіаційної галузі; розширено, утoчнeнo та доповнено вивчeння нaступних психологічних явищ: локус контролю, вольові якості, соціально-відповідальна поведінка, саморегуляція поведінки; нaбулo пoдaльшoгo рoзвитку вивчeння структури та змісту професійної відповідальності; здійснено подальший розвиток теорії професійної відповідальності.

The relevance of the study is determined by the requirements of the global and national labor market, because the achievement of long-term economic goals of the state depends on the competence of specialists and the creation of a powerful personnel reserve in the field of aviation technologies. Increasing productivity and optimizing the work of specialists is possible thanks to a more active and responsible attitude to the tasks, process and results of their activities. For specialists in the field of aviation technology, the importance of a high level of professional responsibility is extraordinary, because their activities are associated with great complexity. The process of development and operational use of complex technical systems, such as aircraft, must be as reliable and safe as possible for people and the environment. In this regard, it is important to create psychological conditions for the development of professional responsibility of specialists in the field of aviation technologies. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the fact that: the specificity of the responsibility of specialists in the aviation industry as a component of professionalism is theoretically investigated; a structural model of the professional responsibility of specialists in the aviation industry was developed; the study of the following psychological phenomena has been expanded, clarified and supplemented: locus of control, volitional qualities, socially responsible behavior, self-regulation of behavior; the study of the structure and content of professional responsibility was further developed; further development of the theory of professional responsibility was carried out.
